I needed a mascara before I left out of town the next day. I was coming from work and because of traffic I made it 5 min before they closed. I tried calling to be able to buy over the phone so I could pick it up and be in and out faster. They said their registers were close- clearly when I got there o saw two customers coming out with their shopping and I was told all of the staff were gone- clearly a lie- 1. I only needed a mascar and 2. They lied, the store clearly does not close at 5:30 but earlier, and they have poor customer service. Will definitely not come back and will never recommend this place!

The Feel is REAL, I wasn’t expecting this gem to provide such an enjoyable experience.. Staff friendly, Nicky awesome! No pressure environment. The products are nice but the CEO herself was in the store talking to customers and engaging with my daughter. We will be back.

As a first time shopper at Joseph’s I was very unsatisfied with the poor customer service. I was not greeted when entering the store nor was I asked if I needed any assistance throughout the entire visit; actually the associates were determined not to make eye contact. However they made sure the Caucasian customers were well taken care of. I travel all over the world frequently and visit high end stores often that have a much larger and up to date inventory. Never have I received such poor customer service in a high end store. I saw a few pieces that caught my interest but decided not to spend my money due to the poor customer service. Joseph’s should not teach their associates to racially profile customers. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

It's funny to read these reviews no matter HOW old they are, they still apply present day 2022. If you ALSO NOTICED those they say "they received excellent service regardless of how they were dressed" ask your self based on profile pictures and names what they ALL have in common....I'll wait. Fast forward to my personal experience, I make VERY good money and can shop with the best of them but I don't feel the need to shop every week or month for that matter for "higher end" items I purchase when necessary; however, my less than frequent activity at the store should NOT cause for the cold, less than stellar experience ANY HUMAN should receive. It amazes that in 2022 after a pandemic "we" still have to educate people on how to be kind TO EVERYONE. People have to stop judging books by the cover, last I checked I'm sure those sells persons don't make 6-figures. Your JOB is to SERVE, PLEASANTLY ANYONE that walks in the store and not your "weekly friends" or who think may be rich or a NBA wife/. Sickens me to my soul every time I go into this store...why DO I punish myself? Mainly because when I want something, I don't want the song and dance of waiting on shipping the chaos of UPS/FEDEX. I will be re-evaluating and save that 9.75% tax for trying to shop local. Maybe one day someone will read these reviews and attempt to be human and kind and change the unruly, disrespectful behavior that comes so natural these hired people. Must be a part of the application process. A simple, "Thank you for coming in, someone will be right with you" will go a LONG way!!! Even if is a $150 Tory Burch purchase like one of the ladies mentioned in there review.
