This is a fairly decent laundromat. However, the workers aren't friendly, & they don't speak. The owners are more friendly than their workers. Customer service carries a long way !

I go with my kids to keep an eye on my grandkids. I feel fairly safe and I have seen the owner twice.

Huge and nice. Multiple change machines, an attendant, and app driven machines if you don't have cash. Small med large machines and places to sit. Open early and late.

Rude..!!! Unprofessional establishment, I understand the hours of operation I don’t like that I was rushed to remove my clothes due to it being closer to closing time..!!! The staff that was there was rude and didn’t know how to communicate properly. I was told I need to remove my clothes regardless of them being completely dry the owner is watching the camera and she said for me to remove my clothes and exit the building, this is not a way to treat customers especially if you want to keep a business going..!!! Not only that but the roaches they have there is extremely out of control I will make it my duty to report this to the state..!!! Do not wash your clothes here the way the staff treats you is unacceptable

Don't bother. To expensive. 6.75 to wash...nothing less. All machines in use, small facility, I walked in... walked right out. Let them rip off the locals.

This laundry matt isn’t safe. It’s next door to a trailer park. Drug addicts & homeless people hang out inside & outside harassing clients. I’ve had serval terrible experiences at this location. My clothes were stolen once. I witnessed a crackhead was walking around foaming, drooling & growling at the clients. I had never seen anything like it. Majority of the machines have temporary out of order signs on them, smell like mold, mildew & feces. The attendant isn’t friendly, warm or welcoming. She’s rude, lacks customer service skills, never speaks & acts as if she hates the clients & her job. She cuts the light off directly at 11pm making it pitch black & nearly impossible to see. A five minute grace period should be given to gather laundry & exit the building. Otherwise, they should do a last wash call prior to 30 minutes of closing time which would give clients a decent amount of time to exit. Luckily I found a new laundry matt in Cordova to go to. It’s clean, safe & I feel welcomed there. The owner & his staff are friendly. They greet all of the clients, treat everyone with respect & kindness. Unfortunately I won’t be going back to Kirby Whitten Laundry due to the way that I was treated & the environmental conditions. Also, hold on tight to your laundry detergent. If you sit it down the homeless people will steal it & lock your car doors.

I literally always go to this place. Seems like one of the very few laundromats that actually have hot water and reasonably priced machines. Not to mention the dryers are super wonderful. ????

They stay open til 11pm and will bear with you if you run a few minutes over, but PLEASE try not to. The prices are average for this area and they try to keep the place clean. They can get very busy at peak times.
