The staff at this Pharmacy are very nice all except for one who is named Yolonda! She always has the worst attitude there and proceeds to argue with customers! I am not sure if she is bringing her personal problems to work, but something needs to change. She was very rude to an older gentleman who told her he has hearing problems and she proceeds to yell never mind and walks away from him. Please do better with who you hire I have been coming here for years and she is the only problem there I and other customers have. Hopefully while she waits for her ride in the front she develops a better attitude.

I did the online prescription transfer tool through Kroger.com. A week went by with no notification. I thought perhaps I wasn't set up at this particular Kroger's for text notification. I drove there and the person working the front told me to go to a different Kroger's.

I got the absolute worst customer service ever! Every time I go there I have a bad experience. They hire people that bring their problems to work. I will keep them in my prayers because they have got to get better!
