Gloria the pharmacy technician was blatantly rude when I tried to pick up my prescription refill. She also told me they were completely out of stock of my medication and would not be re-stocked until a few days later and that I should try another location. Which was odd since they have never been out of stock before. The pharmacist over heard our conversation and stepped in and checked for me. What would you know they had the medication in stock. I have never had trouble with this pharmacy before but Gloria really made me consider if I will be using them in the future because of how rude and lazy she was.

Shopping experience is 4 or 5 stars, but the checking out experience is 0 stars. On a Sunday morning, when insanely busy, they only had self checkout open. No cashiers, only bag helpers. An entire cart full of groceries and a pain to try to check them out on the tiny little self checkout area. The bagger also put raw chicken and lettuce in the same bag.

This Kroger had a bad odor when you walked in the door all the way through the store. Long lines bagged my own groceries which I didn't mind. Just nasty store will never be back.

First time coming here to pick up my prescription, I encountered a lady name Gloria that works the cash register. When I say, this lady makes a simple prescription pick up to a dinner date. I wish someone would speak to this lady, and maybe give her some advice to how to carry her self upon dealing with patients , she also is price gouging on the medication prices so make sure you be aware of the pricing of your meds because I was over charge with insurance

There are few workers. Long long long lines, and it is only 7:24 PM. This store gets worse every week. Go to Poplar Plaza. Better staffed.

Been waiting over a month for a prescription. Thankfully it’s nothing urgent. They don’t return calls. It’s at least the third time it’s taken a month to get a prescription.

The service was great! Ms. Tarsha, my cashier and Christopher the young man that bagged my groceries were nice and very professional. I didn't have any problems locating the items that I went to purchase.

Every time I go to this store after 10:30 I don't know I'm getting in because they tend to close whenever the feel like it! If I come at 10:30pm for just milk and eggs, the store shouldn't be closed especially since they posted that they close at 11pm

HORRIBLE. They take longer to fill prescriptions than ANY other pharmacy I have ever used. Days sometimes. And the one lady, Gloria, is super rude and walks around the pharmacy WITH HER SHOES OFF. Half the time you can never get anyone on the phone to answer questions or to ask them to rush your fill. Half the staff is absolutely clueless. And if there’s an issue with your script, they do NOT notify you, causing further delays. Not to mention they close too early, especially on weekends. Hire more staff and make sure they’re COMPETENT, you absolute buffoons.

They mess up my prescriptions literally every month making it impossible for me to function for multiple days each month. I have to call repeatedly to speak with ANYONE, and even then they are often rude and condescending as if I don’t know the details of my own medications. Kroger needs to focus on paying people better and actually retaining employees so that there isn’t a constant rotation of whatever employees they can find.

Usually I don't have much of an issue at this location, except when a certian woman is working. I don't know her name. She is very rude. Her tone and the volume of her voice suggests she would rather not be helping me. Today was over the top. I did arrive at exactly 6pm, closing time. She was helping a lady and the gate was only partially out. I needed to pick up one medication. As soon as I stepped up, she very loudy in a tone of pure disrespect and annoyance that she wasn't helping anyone else because if she did she would have a line all night. The other girl working with her looked wide-eyed as if she was shocked by the rudeness. Apparently she doesn't have the appropriate customer service skills to work with the public. Perhaps she should be stocking shelves on the overnight shift.

I like Kroger supermarkets but hate this location. It is a stressful experience shopping there. Always crowded even if not that many people because store aisles are narrow & chopped up. And there's always store service employee carts blocking every where & left unattended. Can't ever find anything. Organized very poorly, very limited product selection. Plenty of specialty products but limited on basic staples. Always lots of empty shelf spots. Not enough employees in deli.

Horrid....simply horrible. I hope a disabled person or someone woth no car don't need help. Pharmacy don't answer the phone and tell u to speak to the automated system. Well that don't work if u need the pharmacist. So now I just call corporate so they can call and see what we have to deal with.
