Dont expect your prescription to be filled quickly, or even by the promised time. They are short staffed, like everybody else these days. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful. But plan ahead a day or two when you need refills...because even if promised at a certain day and time, it probably won't be ready.

I gave this store 1 star because they don't seem to care at all. I waited in line almost an hour at the business center to get checked out for one item. The cashier was slow, the checkers didn't smile, they seemed to have personal conversations amongst each other, but no one seemed to care about the long line going out the door of the business center. Even the manager that was running the front turned a blind eye to the line. This store really needs to get it together I know we're in a pandemic but they really need to start focusing on customers more.

this store charged my debit card 3 times! one was reverse. The bank told me since they have my money they will have to refund it! I'm getting the run around!

I want Kevin and Mandy back to this store ASAP. for the first time ever, my cardiologist prescribed blood pressure medicine which was called in on January 2. My cardiologist would probably deem this to be an important medicine to start ASAP. Today is January 14 - FOURTEEN days after the med was ordered, and still not filled. This is my SECOND attempt to get it. Kevin and Mandy would have handled this immediately, but they are both out. The substitute pharmacist on duty

I have recently found FOUR outdated food products at the Raleigh Kroger in Memphis. THREE of these items were located in the freezer section and were dated as far back as SIX MONTHS ago. The other item was in the dairy section and was outdated by about 3 weeks. I live in Raleigh, and the Raleigh Kroger is the only 'real' grocery store in Raleigh. It has suffered greatly, and I expect it to not be here so long. A new manager recently came, and he brought me hope of improving the store; however, it seems that is not going to happen. I have tried to support this store to do my part in helping keep it in business, but I find no inclination to continue supporting a store where the employees/manager cannot attend to rotating the foods and removing the outdated ones. Old, outdated food can cause serious illness, so this is a big issue. The Pharmacy at this store, however, could not be better.

No cashiers at 7am when they open at 6 am, no drinks. Just go to Bartlett

Take care of bug issue in the store, clean up the trash, retrain rude employees, restock shelves and produce, that would be a good start.

Yuck, yuck, yuck! Awful location (then again, it's in the hood). This particular Kroger is a nightmare. Flies are everywhere in the fresh meat department. Store feels and looks extremely outdated. Especially the sign out in the front. The only positive is that it's located in the same shopping plaza as a Walmart. I will avoid this one in the future.
