I have seen a few bad reviews for this pharmacy & I think they are not fair to the ladies that are running it now!! Amber (pharmacist) Ashley (tech) Jenny (pharmacist) we’re very helpful very professional & most of all VERY PATIENT with me & all my calls & ?’s. I needed a med that my normal pharmacy has been out of for 6 weeks (at least that’s what I was told..???) & Amber,Jenny,Ashley went above & beyond to make sure that I got my meds!!! It couldn’t have gone any better than how they handled the situation for me!!! I will use them again & hope that you (the public) will give them the chance to treat you the same!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH to you 3 ladies!!!

Kroger pharmacy is always patient with me. Rebecca and some of the other pharmacists know your illnesses and will go out of the way to make sure they get your medicine! Very patient too, but I wish they would get her more help, so they are not so overworked.

I'm trying to understand the logic of having multiple customers in line at self checkout only to have an employee stand there as individuals load, scan, bag, then load their groceries into the cart....only to have the customer have to yet again load their groceries into their car. Instead of having someone babysit the self check out, can't we have someone actually check out groceries? For people who have back issues or mobility issues I find this particularly upsetting. I had an employee tell me today at self check out that I could use the self check out that had a moving belt, but I have had glass containers break on that before as they roll down. The employee's response was I could just walk down each grocery item after I scan them and bag them as I go. That's just a little too much cardio for me, plus I have the gym for that. I'm just trying to get some groceries here...This is a flawed system. Bottom line: if it is 6 AM and you have about five to seven customers with full carts ready to check out, just get behind the counter and check them out. Don't babysit the self check out. It looks rude and portrays the individual in question as lazy. It's not like they were slammed, and if customers have a cart full of groceries in particular, they deserve to be checked out in the traditional way. Come on, Kroger.

Trinity location is the 2nd worst pharmacy in Cordova. Only CVS is worse.

The customer service is almost nonexistent! Took over 15 minutes to purchase 3 items in automated checkout line. The machine keep asking for assistance/Kroger employee. Unacceptable!!!

This place used to be great. Terrible management lately. Always out of carts, CARTS! What the hell is that? My wife has been twice in two days and there have been no carts therefore she can only grab a few items she's able to hold. From a business point of view, if I was a manager, this would not happen, if people don't have carts they aren't going to spend a cart full of foods worth money, YOU'RE LOSING MONEY!! We have decided to start shopping at the Germantown location. Just a little word to the wise.

I've been using them for 20+ years. I've never had a problem and they are always happy to answer questions. As with everywhere, they are spread a bit thin of late, but I always get what I need. Thanks!

Alissa told us our whole prescription was ready for pick up, so I came over picked it up, and then noticed one vital prescription was missing from our order. I called again to ask about the missing prescription, and the same woman, Alissa, said, “oh, looks like we have that prescription, so you wanna come again and pick it up.” Like it was no big deal. We didn’t even receive an apology. She was so passive about completely misinforming my family and I. We are in the middle of a pandemic. This is not okay. A lot of people take time out of their busy schedules to pick up vital medication. She could have at least given even a small “sorry about that.” But nothing. Very disappointing.

My doctors appointment was at 1:45. I was leaving the doctor at 2:42. The doctor entered my prescription to the Kroger Pharmacy while I was in the office. I didn’t send my husband to pick up my prescription until 6:00.My prescription wasn’t ready. They told my husband to wait an hour. Then when I called up there to give them my updated insurance info. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE.Kirby Whitten has far better service. FAR FAR better service.

Man, they are just so rude. They'll see you holding something have you wait in line then go on break or tell you they can't ring you up. So you have to get out of line and go to another line to wait. A little heads up would be appreciative.

Rude employees abound here. I have shopped at this location for the last five or six years, but have decided not to return! There is a Walmart across the street with better prices and much more polite staff. I have encountered, and forgiven rudeness at the checkouts almost every other time I've been in the store in the last six months! This last instance took the cake. I am retired and seldom leave home. I could care less what is going on outside my own neighborhood for

The pharmacist work hard here. Seem to always be employees short. I give them high marks!
