The Pharmacy student, Mickey, was great. There was a misunderstanding about insurance that was time consuming to resolve. Although she was busy, she worked diligently to resolve the issue while I was in the store. She was pleasant the entire time
and was knowledgeable.

Terrible customer service. Won’’t refill prescription until one day after patient has taken his last dose. Makes refill pick up date one day after next prescription due date on Kroger dashboard. They don’t care & would rather inconvenience patients instead of doing their jobs.

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. Even when they are bombarded with calls and drive-up customers, they still go out of their way to be helpful.

My order was supposed to be ready on Wednesday at 2. I placed it a few days before and arranged for pick up a few days before We we’re heading to eat plain noodles for dinner. Wednesday morning they called and said they were running beind a day. No big deal. On Thursday when I pulled my order up on the app at 2, it said it was supposed to be ready Wednesday.
