This is the worst Pharmacy in Memphis. Michelle, the head Pharmacist should be fired immediately. The other tech who obviously only graduated from Concorde Institute should be fired as well. The entire team is rude and unprofessional. One star rating is actually to high!!

Pretty small parking lot. There is a gas station here.I came in to grab a few items. I was able to find plenty of canned fruit and vegetables. The bottled water was almost sold out. I also enjoy the butcher section.Staff is nice. They actually have cashier lines to help bag your groceries.

This is a fairly decent Kroger, where I've found good deals over the years. It's not along my ordinary travel path, but if I'm in the area, I'll drop in. The parking lot is a bit congested, due to the adjacent Kroger gas station.

Yesterday afternoon, I entered Kroger's on Truse Parkway in Memphis, Tennessee, store number 491. The purpose of my visit was to purchase energy drinks for my daughter. Once on the aisle, I noticed a sales slip on the item I had come to buy had a sign posted that they were on sale for two for five dollars. The original price is 15.99. I gathered 6 six packs of the drinks and proceeded to the customer service counter to make my purchase and buy a money order. Once there, the cashier rang up my items and told me they were 12.99. I calmly explain that there was a sign posted for another price. The cashier seemed to have trouble walking, so I offered to return and bring the signup. Once I returned with the sales tag, she looked at it and said she would have to call a manager. At no point did anyone bother to check and see if the sign was accurate. The salesperson told me the sign couldn't be right. After waiting several minutes, the customer service manager Bonnie came to the counter, looked at the sign, and said we could give her one item at that price, but she will have to buy the rest at the regular price. No one bothered to check to see if the sign was accurate. Bonnie stated that's a store policy, and I don't care. It doesn't matter if you call customer service or not. They will tell you the same thing. I requested the customer service number and said I would call before making my purchase. I asked the cashier to leave my items in the basket, and I moved the basket out of the way of other consumers. I walked away from the counter and walked through the store while on hold with customer care. Once a representative answered my call, I explained my situation. The representative put me on hold and told me that she needed to speak with others concerning this matter. She stated that it was not store policy; however, she would try to contact the store for clarification. I was on hold for about 30 minutes or so, waiting on all the customer service representatives to return. She finally returned and told me she did not have an answer, but she could offer me a $30 store credit. I explained to her that all I wanted to do was make my purchase. I reminded them that no one had bothered to check and see if the sign was accurate. I also told him that I took pictures and I could email a copy of the pictures. She put me on hold again. I returned to the counter and explained to the cashier that the corporate office was trying to reach them. She says they are on hold now. I call for the store manager, and he will be out shortly. The store manager walked over to me and said you can buy one item for 2.99, which is still more than the price listed on the tag, and I'll give you one item free. I explained that no one bothered to check and see if the sign was accurate. He stated that was all I was willing to do and walked away. During this entire exchange, I am still on hold with the corporate office representative, who comes back to the phone and tells me that she's talking to a senior manager. The senior manager's name was Jack. He got on the phone and explained that he understood my frustration there was nothing he could do about it. I offered pictures for him to check the accuracy of the sale items. He sent me an email and asked me to reply with the pictures, and I did. For some reason, he was unable to see the email and stated that he wanted to give me something for my trouble, but he did not have a resolution at this time.Meanwhile, security has been called to the front of the store, and one of the store managers and another worker are posted at the door as if I am attempting to run out the door with the items. They watched my every move. At no point did I give any indication that I was going to run out of the store. During this entire transaction, I didn't raise my voice, I didn't use any profanity, and I attempted to have a private conversation with all involved. However, this was not the case for the store management team. They spoke loudly and Bonnie used hand gestures and rolled her eye

I am absolutely sick to death of the lack of customer service anymore!!! I am walking up to the door with a completely bed ridden family member where the item I need I cannot get anywhere until 7am tomorrow now because somehow 9 minutes before closing time was not sufficient to let me in when the item I needed was literally within 30 feet from where I was denied access as I would have been able to grab my item, pay, and be out the door with still 6 or 7 minutes before they closed. And yet, I was met with a totally rude individual who only cares to get himself home whereas I stay literally hours over my shift end so as to make sure and ensure I take care of my customers in that I work for AAA. But, NOOOO, never can I get anywhere near the same consideration or care of service, AND I AM COMPLETELY FED UP WITH IT AND DONE WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I really pray I have any one of these a$$%#les for a call and watch the way I treat them in return, oh, BUT WAIT, I would be fired for treating my members with such a lack of care or manner, so, Kroger, I'm done! I swear I wish I saw any one of them in a dark alley, I am that pissed and done with this bull$$$$i$$$, PERIOD!!!

I tried to get a money order at this Kroger yesterday afternoon but at 4pm their customer service was closed and no one could help me. Their excuse was "we don't have enough people". While this may be true, that's a lousy way to run a store and not provide services to your customers. Get it together Kroger. Never going back.

I'm honestly tired of going to this Kroger and seeing half of the staff there wearing their pants down past their ass! This is ridiculous!!! We do NOT want to see your boxers or your ass!! Not to mention, when you asked these young kids where something is; they act like they could care less about helping you or they get perturbed cuz you asked them something since you interrupted their Snapchat or TikTok during work!!! Get your crap together Truse!!!

This was my first time at this Kroger and it was very clean and employees were all kind and helpful but there was a gentleman ( his name was Cordelius, but I could be spelling that really wrong I'm so sorry) outside gathering carts the whole time I was shopping and he greeted me when I was walking inside and when I came back out he stopped and helped a sweet older woman load up all her groceries, was asking if she wanted her breads and items that could be squished in her front seat and took her cart when he was done and then came to my car and asked if I would like help loading all of my groceries and took my cart when I was done. I hope he gets a huge raise or a promotion. He was an absolute rockstar!:)

I won't be returning. I've had missing items, poor customer service, and late pick ups but this last experience is the last. 32 hours with excuses, untruths, closing early, no notifications, then order complete notification only to arrive to "your order will not be complete until tomorrow." Our NYE dinner thwarted bc I was not given the choice to cancel and make other arrangements. I ordered a day in advance to avoid this precise situation. Sadly, this debacle has become the norm, not the exception. While they finally advised my order would not be complete until the next say at 11 due to being "inundated " I was sitting in the empty pickup spots. See photo below. They clearly closed early. They did not tell the truth. No apology. No reparations. Missing items and late pickups I will endure. No big deal. This last debacle though is just unacceptable.

Wonderful people. I feel as though they are friends. The staff knows I don't have insurance, so they will work to find the best discount available.
