There were hardly any shopping carts. Unfortunately they only sell to Americans. We wanted to buy beer, but they didn't accept my driver's license, my ID (identity card) or my passport. The statement from the cashier and her supervisor was that they only sell to people who have an American ID.
Unfortunately, as a foreigner/tourist, I am not allowed to shop.

Antonette is an absolute gem! Not only did she drop everything to help me find what I needed, but she also saved me from potential cart theft (apparently, it’s a thing!) and even gave me pro tips on keeping my belongings safe. She noticed my accent and made sure I knew how to avoid trouble—all with the biggest smile and an great attitude. If Kroger gave out gold stars, Antonette would have a whole constellation by now! ⭐️✨ Kroger, please give this woman a raise—she’s the best!!!

After self check out I told the lady in the front and security who wasn’t even by the exit to have a good day. Nobody checked my receipt so when I made it outside I threw it away and continued to walk to my car. The security guard then chased me down and demanded me to show him my receipt I told him I paid for it and can show him my cash app account and show him my transactions, he then grabbed my basket and my arm and took me back into Kroger’s just for the lady to print out the most recent receipt at the self check out and all items checked out, then they want to tell me have a good day but ignored me when I told them. I said thanks for embarrassing me and stormed out. Made a scene for no reason, I was getting WIC items for my baby. How humiliating……

Horrible establishment. It was Friday night and the place was packed. There were only three cashier points open. There is no excuse for such poor staffing and customer service. The place is a total joke. Poor poor management.

Usually I’ll go here to grab just one or two items because the Kroger on Union is always extremely busy, but this store is often chaotic in other ways. It looks like they don’t have enough employees to keep things stocked or clean, not to mention the checkout lines are often deep into the aisles. Shopping here is stressful and on this occasion just gross. Unfortunately, to find a better shopping experience you need to drive to Southaven or Germantown, and even then it’s a roulette.

Disrespectful staff, no checkout lanes. Workers just sitting on phones instead of helping customers. Shelves empty. Worst grocery store in America

No carts, always a cart problem with this location. Customers have to go out and find their own carts to go shop in this store. It's ridiculous, I tell myself, maybe next time they'll do better but no, every time it's the same thing. Better off taking the extra few minutes to go to the union location

Very rude workers .place is Dirty. Kroger worker directives like he owns the place. Wait in line for hours. No management around or do not care. Would not endorse or recommend this place. Would not give it one star

Maybe do away with the armed security guards illegally detaining folks until they show their receipts and hire some actual cashiers instead.

They had plenty in stock and there is security there so you do have a measure of safety intact, and the self check out lane was still open

Great store. See you at the checkout. We wanted to pay for 2 bottles of wine with our groceries. But that was not possible due to the fact that we have a European passport😳. Even an ESTA was insufficient. So strange. Never had this problem at other stores. Fortunately, we were able to buy a nice bottle of wine a few streets away.

Prepare to be disgusted! If you don't want food that look like the attached picture, DO NOT SHOP at KROGERS! Bad food is bad for you. Read about botulism. If you live in Memphis, shop at Costco, Supervisor Walmart only, Piggly Wiggly in Olive Branch, Sprouts or a Fresh Food market. Stay well my loves, stay alive!!!
