Kroger is a one-stop shop offering thousands of food and household products. The store has a variety of everything and is usually pretty nice inside, with several restaurants. However, it is often overcrowded and packed, leading to extremely long lines and a headache of parking. There are not enough open registers, so self-checkout is common, though sometimes a few are out. The security presence makes some feel safer, as the parking lot can be super sketchy. The staff is usually friendly, and the app has really good digital coupon deals, but problems with keeping items in stock persist.
Order being cancelled due to flooding ? Attempted to reach a store manager and got the hold and hang up game played ,went to the store and nothing was wrong with the store. Customer service is trash 🗑️ store manager is a joke 🤣 stay away and don't use any online ordering services from here. Go to Aldi's

Kroger on Union sucks. Hopefully when ALDI on Union opens, I'll never have to go to Kroger again.
