Do not use this pharmacy. Half the time they don't even have the medication in stock. Now I have never abused any controlled substances that have been prescribed to me, or tried to pick them up early. I have had several major surgeries back in 2024. One being spinal surgery. After the surgery I was prescibed several different narcotics to get my pain under control. If there had been a problem with these type medications the surgeon or doctor would have seen it. I have been trying to find a pharmacy that I am happy with, and being close to home, I decided to try to move all my presciptions to this pharmacy, including the controlled substances. I have never had any problems with any pharmacist other that Josh. According to him my profile flagged due to someone in florida that has the same name, that is also prescribed narcotics. I called the pharmacy in florida and the pharmacist explained that there was another person with my name and it was a mistake. She even called Josh to explain this to him.
Because they don't have several of my meds in stock I have to use one other pharmacy. He even explained to me that I needed to get all my meds at one pharmacy, so I started to move them all over there, when I went to pick up my Lyrica, he refused to fil it even though it was proven that the florida thing was not me. I did exactly what he asked me to do, I attempted to move all of them there, except for one they never have in stock. Between the spinal surgery and my fibro myalgia I will have to take lyrica for the rest of my life. I am only on two narcotics now( not everybody abuses controlled subtances} Josh treated like I was lying and showed me total disrespect as did his pharmacy tech. I was totally humilitated to be questioned about my honesty and integrity.
I believe some of these pharmacist are on power trips, trying to override the doctors, because they could not get through medical school . so they had to settle for being a pharmacist.
My new pharmacy was flabbergasted as to why Josh was doing this? As well as my doctors, who also called the kroger pharmacy manager about this, and this manager never called my doctors back. They agreed that they did not understand why I was being treated this way, and have never questioned my honesty and integrity. Even though CVS is further than this pharmacy, it is worth the drive. CVS at Poplar and ridgeway excellent pharmacy and very fast. I love these guys and will continue to use this one. They also carry all my meds, so I can get all my meds there.
I have also spent thousands of dollars on groceries and gas at this Kroger, however I will not give them another dime of my money.

It's okay I guess but you can smell the fish case from across the store. Also they stop letting people in at 10:30.

Store picks what time it wants to close tonight was 10:15 pm we will see what corporate thinks about this. Suppose to be11:00 pm I just needed a few things this is the 4th time they done us this way.

Posted store hours are 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. 7 days a week. I stopped by tonight about 10:30 p.m and the store was closed. A big tall dude dressed all in black that had a voice like the crypt keeper said, "There was new management, new rules" and he was just doing his job by not allowing me to enter the store. What? Kroger doesn't own that store anymore? If the store hours are different, then the hours on the door need to be changed as well as online. Maybe people who may have an emergency that need to go to the store to buy something won't waste a trip. Ya think??? Kroger is the worst. I have bought canned goods, meat and other items from this store that have been expired or are about to expire with in a day or two of the date that I purchased. I wish they had Publix here. I never had a problem at Publix. Their shelves are stocked, fronted, and near. If you don't see what you need, you ask and they will go into the stockroom and retrieve it if there are none on the floor and they have the stock in the back. Publix is the best. They would put Kroger out of business, maybe that's why they won't alla Publix to expand west of Nashville in Tennessee.

Everything is good in the products they sell, there is only one drawback: the bathrooms are worse than those in a canteen, they smell bad. I think they haven't been cleaned in years.

Stopped in this Kroger location on Sun 1/19. What I saw on the outside entrance was atrocious! Garbage everywhere!- stretching the entire Storefront! Absolutely Shameful! Spoke a business in the same strip and this is a commonplace occurrence- SHAME ON YOU KROGER- 😤

1/5/25 they close at 11pm but lock customers out at 10:20pm, this isn't the first time.
Made it to another store 8 min. later and even when I left they weren't locking up yet.

I spent an hour today, on the way home from work, but liked every minute, criss crossing the store to find my list items. The deals with my brand and store and digital coupons made it all worthwhile. This is my usual store and I know where everything is, unless they've recently reset the shelves.

The worst Kroger in town! Just watched an employee park in the "Pharmacy walk-up" spot and head into the store to start their shift. Sadly, I'm not surprised though. Kroger's prices are sky-high and the customer experience has absolutely plummeted in the last several years. Who would actually enjoy their job here?

Unsafe, security guards are useless and drive opposite way when people are following customers to car begging for money. Multiple cars have been broken into while shopping at the store.

I was in the store yesterday. I bought some orchid (2) listed for 5.99. but they rung up for 19.00. I had the cashier to go over to the flower department. She agreed it was marked as 5.99. Should I have received the items as marked ?
