Rude! Pickup is always behind. No one tells you why! Can't ever get a manager on the phone and when you get someone they hang up! Never again. They don't care

Unsafe place. Locking half of your doors in a public space is very dangerous. Sorry people steal from you, get a cop and open your doors during business hours

This store is by far the worst store to order pick up groceries from . I can count the last 5 times I have ordered with them and it has been a problem! Very unprofessional, I even had to come all the way back to this store because they gave my groceries away. They call just minutes before it’s time to pick up, just to tell you it’s not going to be ready on time!! I hate it here literally.

Good variety with decent prices. Produce can be iffy- check for mold in berry containers. Lots of gluten-free and dairy-free options available for those with restricted diets. The pharmacy is good-prompt and helpful. Lots of deli items. The grocery carts desperately need new wheels.

The customer service is non-existent, the cashier that checked me out today was rude as hell. I won't spend anymore money here again.

Do NOT do Kroger pick up! If you are able to go inside the store yourself, DO IT. The amount of time they take to bring you your order, you could have been in the store 3 times by then. I dont know why they offer a service they can barely do. Early in the mornings, they dont have any registers open. Horrible.

Dear Kroger,
I don’t work hard for my money to come in and have your cashiers mis-ring my form of payments, which effects wallet, then treat me rudely. Spending on groceries is difficult already, having employees leaving a negative experience is enough to have me spend my money somewhere else.

I learned from rude, arrogant and unhelpful manager, only at this Kroger, you must have a receipt for refund or store credit for unopened purchase made by mistake , or if you complain enough I was offered an "exchange". No credit or refund that is available at other Krogers.

Clean and plenty of parking and food.
We love the self checkout.

The guy named Tope looked at me like "why are you here"? I said I'd like to buy some food. He acted as if I'm talking in Japanese? I asked for some baked chicken and he told me "what we don't do" when I was tying to buy one breast and three wings? I've been buying food from Kroger for a while. He either was lazy and didn't want to help me or they just made that rule up for some silly reason. Learn to greet people and not act as if the pesky customers are bothering you.

Lies lies lies, I came to this store at 10:45pm because I work longs nights and when I went to bed this morning I slept long then usual, thought my grandbaby had another can of milk in the pack but didn’t. Now from my understanding the sign said close at 11pm not “close we count the registers down at 10:30 and close at 10:45”. I asked her and the boy “so you guys don’t have 1 registers open?” They so no so fast and with a ugly face… I wish they please stop putting these sorry people on the schedule if they don’t want to work and I be at this location literally daily 3/4 time some workers just don’t care bout it just their self I can’t wait til I talk to hr…..

The Kroger in Millington is the preferred store for me. Love this place. Always clean, organized and neat.

Not enough human cashiers and too much dependence on self-checkout. Good prices and selection.

Monique N. did a great job shopping for my grocery items. It would be ever so great to have her be my shopper every time. The groceries were delivered with care & followed directions very well.
