There are homeless people hanging out. I had to wait behind four people with money orders and coin star. There should be a back up cashier for long lines. Ms. Sharon was pleasant who rang me up. Paying my first joint mlgw bill. Overall, it was not a bad experience.

Very rude lady working the self checkouts this morning, no uniform shirt or badge, the machine wouldn’t accept cash so I went to find a register and she practically started yelling at me that I was supposed to ask her to take my money even though she didn’t look like she worked there at all. Im an assistant manager at a grocery store myself and we wouldn’t ever treat someone like this. I will not be going back and recommend no one else go there either

Stop at the Austin Peay store to get a few items on my way home from work. When I walked in the lobby, there was no shopping carts anywhere. Customers had to go to the parking lot to get a shopping cart. The employees in the stores nowadays are lazy. It's not just this one store. It's like that across the country. When I worked in the Austin Peay store, Customers were treated 100% better and shopping carts were always available in the lobby.

Terrible!!! I placed a large order ($165.00) to be picked up the next morning only to find out that morning that my entire order had been cancelled. I tried to do a online chat to find out why. they were not able to reach the store and told me to try calling the number later. I called the main store and asked for the pick up department. the person I spoke with said that if most of the item on my list were not in stock that they just cancelled the order. It was staple items like milk, eggs, some meats, some frozen goods, etc. This is a grocery store, correct? Then they proceeded to tell me that if I had a lot of frozen goods that their employee for that area was on vacation. WHAT REALLY!!! I told them they just lost a customer. Not satified with that, I called back, asked for a manager. Manager wasn't in the store at that time. The person I spoke with said they have a hard time filling orders when employees call in sick and they don't have the help needed to pull the orders. REALLY!! What is today's society coming to when you can't even get people to do their job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This store needs a total overhaul. Get people in there with integrity that want to work and do a good job. Good thing I didn't need these items in a hurry. I guess I'll try the crazy Walmart next door! Too bad there's not a negative star rating. This review is showing I'm in San Francisco, CA. It should say Memphis, TN

Great store but they close 15 minutes early every night. If you're not there by 8:45 security will not let you in.
