Don’t know what’s going on with the Pick Up department but for the last two groceries orders they’ve been forgetting my food now I placed the order to be picked up for today last night and the guy came out and told me my order won’t be ready till probably tomorrow

There should ALWAYS be at least one cashier checking people out until closing. No one wants to go through self-check with a basket full of groceries. Self-check is only for maybe 10 items or less at best. The machines don't even function properly most of the time. Stop being cheap and pay somebody to work. Also stop closing off the entrance! You shouldn't have to squeeze by people in line because you only have the exit open to come in and out of, just to get over by the produce. DO BETTER!!!!

There are two cashiers at the gas pump in the morning shift acting rude, both having a bad attitude and are very lazy to serve you.

I’m giving this review only to the Darlene, the cashier. Every body else is always nice. Darlene on the other hand, is always rude and acts like she’s doing you a favor, pretends she can’t understand what you’re saying, and throws things at you. Rude, simply rude

Pulled up and walked in 10 minutes to close for 1 item. Staff tried to block the entrance and tell me they were closed. Absolutely not, I proceeded to grab my one item and head back to check out where a gang of workers were waiting to yell and berate us. Absolutely ghetto behavior from unprofessional staff but I expect no less for this location

DARLENE is the most disrespectful person ever. Treated me horrible and when I spoke up about it, she acted all innocent. Someone needs to grab DARLENE’s attention because this is simply not okay. Treating nice customers in such a way is unacceptable.

Keep that stick on your hip and stay alert when you visit this place. It seems the robbers haven't gotten the memo that not everyone carries cash. Once inside, make sure to check the dates on your food. And always watch your back when leaving.

Expired food on shelves. Food items still on the shelves that have already expired or the used by date has passed, I found at least 5 food items that expired last month (March). I won’t be visiting this location anymore. This is the second time. I’ve taken meat back after purchasing and the next day it’s brown and rotten, but the expiration date is a week out. I’m not sure what this store is doing, but it’s clearly not checking for expired foods and keep the shelves stocked with fresh items.

I miss my Summer Ave store so bad.Darlene in customer service shame on you,hun CUSTOMER SERVICE is your job.Smile and be friendly at least once a month.If you don't want to work it doesn't have to be everyone's problem,you are toxic.All right cashiers please be careful with the following items BANANAS they bruise very easy, CARBONATED DRINKS, no one wants white caps then flat drinks.EGGS, they break.BREAD, no one wants smashed bread.CHIPS ,They also break and then no good for dipping Frustrating.
