Clean, great and friendly employees, safe. My mom is elderly with mild dementia and they are wonderful with her. They are so patient and helpful and never make her feel frustrated or embarrassed. They remember us and always take excellent care of her at both the check out and the pharmacy

Just rushed up here to make it before 11pm. It's still only 1050pm. I initially got here at 1040pm. I needed one item. They refused me entry and lied to me by telling me they close at 1045.
Now everything is closed until early morning. I planned my day properly, I still had 20mins. Y'all ruined my night fr.
Extremely lazy and unprofessional.

Been a shopper here for 12 years.
I live right across the street. The fact that Blue crush has an active camera is because of non stop violence and racism within the community. The store managers do not support republicans, and will defame or attempt to publicly defame you. The workers are all underpaid, and overworked like slaves. The managers refute the convenience of the shopper, consumer, and berate until reaction.
Then file reports. Some of the security entail is racist and will treat you like the hate that still remains in their heart.

They fresh deli is not fresh,all them items was spoiled or old looking...They try to hold on to items shelf life,nothing they need to get rid of it and replace it with fresh items ...Like they Sushi,just nasty

Real management problem here. I called to complain that the private security at the door told me not to show back up because I wouldn’t show him my receipt. Been a customer here for 10 years. Whoever answered the phone forwarded me to the meat department and then hung up when it bounced back to them. They are playing games at this location.

I was in the area needed milk for baby they security guard say it closed at 10:50 and he said go to Walgreens or Exxon u don't evenwork for kroger I hate these area I live in Germantown and they close at 11

This is like a typical Kroger.
It feels like the staff really care but things just don't work out well for them.
We placed a catering order a month in advance. Then we checked the day before to make sure they would have the order ready on time. Sadly, they forgot to make the order because they were busy cleaning.
They offered to make the order immediately but it would take an hour. We took what they had and accepted the discount. It wasn't what we wanted but it was enough.
Also, the ice machine at the store didn't work so we had to go somewhere else for ice.

It's a descent grocery store that has shopping cars that don't roll properly.
I think the shopping cart bandit is messing with them at nite. Rolling is kinda important.

i bought a expensive Advil for $30 and the cashier was rude and didn't even put them in my bags , she kept it in front of her and i didn't realize and i went to go clean my car after so of course i threw away every paper . and then to find out she never gave me my item .
