I always give honest reviews, and for this particular Kroger, I just had to post a review. I was coming from work this morning and was looking for English cucumbers. I saw that they were completely gone. I was about to give up, but I asked a very polite worker who was working in the produce area if she had anymore. She was not only very kind and polite, but very professional. She went above and beyond to find a stack of English cucumbers in the back for me. I would have mentioned her name but I was in such a hurry that I never asked. This is what a lot of groceries stores need. People who love their jobs and aren't afraid to show it. A little kindness can go a long way, and its true. Other than that amazing moment, the store itself is decent. I always find my items in stock.( Unlike Neighborhood Walmart across the street.) Cashiers are also friendly and polite. Overall it's a great Kroger store that has a handful of kind, knowledgeable people. Do I recommend this Kroger? You better believe it!

This Krogers alright,I hate that they open when they want to...Hours are from 6am to 11pm...They don't open them doors til bout 6:30am,see people standing out waiting in the cold,rain,heat and the employees will walk by 20 times before they open the doors...Some of customers will leave and go shop across the street including me at Walmart.....

I’m still baffled by this city. How do you have an entire grocery store with a pickup service and 2 spots, you read that right, for pickup? Don’t expect to be able to place a pickup order and park to actually get it. Ridiculous.

I recently placed an order for delivery. My whole order was cancelled. When I asked customer service why my order was cancelled. Customer service stated my order was cancelled because the store was out of stock on my entire order. I always allow substitutes on all my items. I'm very upset, due to the fact they are out of bread? Cheese? Milk? Chicken? Now I have to wait 2 to 7 days to receive a refund to purchase food. So my family and I are supposed to be hungry for 2 to 7 days? Until I receive my refund to purchase food? Very upset I asked if my order could be sent to another store and I just pick it up and I was informed the only thing they could do is refund since my order was cancelled.

I almost never go out of my way to write reviews, but the Krogers at Olive Branch was outstanding. The lady in charge at the cooked goods area, although closed until 11 am, was willing to serve us some chicken for our sick puppy. Can’t thank her enough, she went above and beyond our expectations. The store was well stocked, clean, and organized. Wonderful leadership and customer service. Thank you Kroger!! Btw, we are vacationing from NYC so a great stop!!

This Kroger location has really declined. The parking lot is always nasty, the front entrance is dirty and the store needs a makeover. I went to this location twice on July 3, 2024 because my ground beef was spoiled.. This is ridiculous and I don’t think management really cares about the store out their customers.

This location lacks a variety of produce. The location on Winchester has more variety and is usually in fresher condition.

There are changes happening everywhere, and it doesn't exclude markets. The prices are reasonable, but finding things is very difficult. The racks are bare, and things are moved around so. One cashier is available for self-service and check out

It was horrible ? there wasn't anyone working at any of the registers. I spent $215 I had to scan and bag my groceries. There were employees all over the store, doing what I didn't know. If I could give no stars I would. Thanks for nothing
