The young lady working Custom service had a nasty attitude she looked as if she didn't want to be at work she was very rude. I asked if bank cards were allowed to get a money order .This young lady told me No but Kroger accepts debit the same thing as the bank card.I swear. When I got ready to place the request for a money order.She quoted me incorrectly twice. I had to repeat myself.She had the nerve to get a bigger attitude. Like what the heck?I got my money order.This is why I don't go to their Winchester location . I'll continue to do business in Collierville.

Kroger management should be embarrassed by this store. I don't care if this store is located in a ghetto or a posh area. It does not matter the demographic or income level. This store should be plowed and rebuilt for its customers. It's dark, it's dingy, it's horribly labeled. The outside perimeter is a dumping ground for tires and trash. Apparently the parking lot is a truck stop as well. Every costumer deserves an experience, especially for their spending.

This Krogers was semi clean it didn't smell bad like a lot of them. They no longer have cashiers. Everything is self service and I do not like that. No help for items and the shelves were not fully stocked. No baskets available and most of the workers were sitting and hanging outside. They should have been getting those baskets!

It my fault for not double checking expiration dates but why do y’all have expired food on the shelves… got home to find that cottage she ese had expired over a week ago, along with molded sharp cheddar… not to mention the produce out that you could visibly see mold on….

Miss Know-it-All is back to tell you what you need to know. Do not buy meat from Kroger's on Riverdale. I bought this on the July 16th. Placed it in a properly working refrigerator. On July 17th, it looked I'll. I'm posting the pic and possibly the video. I will not eat red meat again, because I this just reminded me about processed food and the need to be careful. I know what I know.

Does anyone check the dates on the stuff at this store? On multiple occasions I've gotten EXTREMELY old products. I know now, check EVERYTHING YOU PICK UP. It shouldn't be that way. The pepperoni I just bought expired in September. Its DECEMBER my goodness!

Great managment keeping the store up. It's obvious they have a ? team. The produce is fresh and I always see someone inspecting it and removing all the bad once. They carry fresh cut ? that are also well maintained the ? area you can ? the fresh aroma before getting to it. Self checkouts for speedy ? shoplifters be aware not only are the self checkouts recording, so are cameras above and a designated person for the area, so please be honest, it's called integrity ? that being said this is a well maintained store please be respectful and put your cart up when you are done. The parking lot is big and doing your part helps the community thaks

I can't really say for the actual store since I've only been there once. But, the Instacart shopper experience stinks. An Instacart shopper, actually fraudulently stole from me without stealing from me. (Yea it's like I said) Everything on my online order, that I purchased was refunded without being refunded and in it's stead was the shopper's order instead. So my receipt literally shows all that the employee got under false pretense of my debit and Plus card, instead of what I really did buy. Theft from inside.. made to look like a legitimate purchase.

I had the best customer service ever at this location yesterday (Tuesday 5/24/22) about 6:30pm. While trying to check out I attempted to unlock my debit card. My phone's battery died. To avoid others from not checking out, they placed my items on hold and sent me to customer service to check out. This location did not have an ATM. The amazing customer service rep gave me the option of charging my phone just enough to unlock my card. It worked and in no time I was on my way home from a long day. I thanked her for going out of her way to please and finding a resolution. Kroger, your team members are definitely your competitive advantage. Continue to hire and attract more like her and your customers will keep coming back! I know I will.
