Got here at 0600 for appt of 0930. Was given a door by 0615 and 10 minutes later they already started unloading. Be polite with guard shack and your experience will be so much better

Drivers have to park at the staging area and walk almost a mile to go check in at the guard shack in this wintery condition. What if they can provide or post the guard shacks number at the staggering area for drivers to call and check in, Saving us the agony of walking in these slippery roads and footpaths.
