LA Fitness is a great gym with professional staff and impressive, clean locations. The facilities are extremely clean with state-of-the-art equipment, including a wide range of cardio and strength machines. Members appreciate the awesome personal training programs and private studio, with trainers who are great, willing to give advice, and help members toward their goals. The staff is extremely friendly and their supportive treatment continues after enrollment. The gyms are well-equipped, with plenty of machines available even when busy, and feature an amazing pressurized air flow in the workout areas. However, some equipment issues are noted, such as only having one barely usable rope for the cables. A common complaint is that the fans are blasted year-round, which can be freezing. Additionally, the process to cancel a membership is described as making you go through hula hoops. Despite these points, it is considered an exceptional place to workout, with many loyal, serious members.
