Rude staff on 3/14/2025 at 1 PM. The technician was rude and stated that she works by herself. She talked very fast as she was given directions and instructions. I am not familiar with the procedure or the layout of the building. She yelled and said go in bathroom with the number 2. All of the bathroom doors were open, where I could not see the number 2 on the doors. When I asked her where bathroom 2 is, she yelled and said," You don't see bathroom 2 over there?" All of the other instructions were given by yelling. This technician does not have any patience at all. The way she communicates with adults is outrageous. I definitely would not recommend this location due to this rude technician.

I understand appointments go before walk-ins, but I don't really understand the long wait times for something that will take me two minutes (employment screen). Be ready to wait for a long time.

I brought my 1 year old here for a blood draw for his food allergy testing. The nursing staff was excellent and so kind. My 1 year old doesn't understand what's going on and screamed the entire time and tried to get away. The nurses remained calm and were able to easily get the blood draw from him. One of the nurses even mentioned she has a background in pediatrics. We will absolutely come back here when we need a new blood draw because of how great the nurses are.

Went in for simple blood labs three weeks ago. They still haven’t sent the results to my doctor. I’ve called several times and left several messages but nobody answers the phone or returns my calls.
Finally got my results through their online portal but that process was confusingly painful and inefficient. Didn’t even know it was an option because they told me they’d send the results themselves, within a couple days of the process.
Ridiculous.

I called ahead time to make sure they were open and what time they stopped i was told by a human 430 pm ct. 3pm on a monday they are closed last week on a friday they closed at 12pm

Worst place ever.The first day I got there at 4:15 because that's the soonest that I could get there from work. Yep, the door was locked early ?. So, I had to take a 1/2 day off work the next day to be seen just to take a drug screen for a different job before the deadline.I was the first person there and they called 5 people before me. Even though the screen showed me 2nd on the list. I was there for an hour just for the drug screen that took 5-10 minutes. Their communication skills lack. They are pleasant to whom they choose.

I arrived at 4 pm to find door locked and they were closed even though sign on door said open until 4:30. From other reviews this happens often Rating should be 0. Had to drive 25 miles now will have to drive 25 back as this is where my drug screen is scheduled. So 100 miles because they can’t be open when advertised!

I came for wellness exam for insurance and the insurance company told me that it was free $0.00. Not to mention I have more than covered my out of pocket deductible and the still wanted my credit card on file. That is unacceptable with the way people are stealing credit card information

Professional & kind staff. Wait room was pretty busy & packed but line moved fast (I had an appt). Desk staff were courteous and with good attitude. Lab staff were patient and nice, especially Sherry. I was worried given the reviews but I got in and out fast with professional service.

Do not waste your time and don't go there. I waited outside for 57 minutes from 1 to 1.57 pm and they didn't even show up. They don't want to work obviously. I know they have lunch hour from 12 to 1, but like I said, I was at the parking lot for 57 minutes and their office was closed. I left and went to Walgreens and I got service right away. Save your time and just don't go there.
