I don't know who runs the store at Massey and Poplar, but it is exceptional. Our office is close by, so we order lunch a lot. Our order is always ready within 10 minutes, made well and the staff is very friendly.

I ordered a meal to my work and was delivered an empty cup as my drink!! I called and just wanted a refund and the lady and manager on duty 10/19/23 were so rude! She said I could come back and get it I said I was at work and couldn’t leave and she said sorry nothing I can do! I then asked her name and she said I don’t have to tell you my name. At that point I realized I would just call corporate but I will no longer order from this location!!!

I wanted a certain dressing- online said they had it, store said never did. The cheesesteak was cheese-less. I wanted jalapeno peppers, I got pickled. The whole experience was horrible.

I will NEVER go to Subway or Penn Station ever again after coming here. Y’all have spoiled me so good. The crew were all so nice and helpful. I ordered the Philly on cheddar bread with everything on it, extra mayo and added marinara sauce to it. Definitely fire! I also got the double chocolate chip cookie and a sweet tea with strawberry and passion fruit lemonade in it. It was the Arnold Palmer from the Gods above! I will definitely come here everytime I come to Memphis ❤️

I went in to redeem my free birthday sub sandwich. It was well-made, generously topped, and delicious. The workers were friendly and quick with my service; so I ate my sub there at the restaurant while my food was still hot. I also liked the music that they had playing.My meal was so tasty that I ordered a pair of 15" subs to take home to my family. I plan on returning to this particular location again.

Had a really bad experience with this particular location today. Last night I received an e-mail from Lenny's notifying me that my birthday rewards had been loaded on my Lenny's app. I decided that I would redeem today. I went into the restaurant and while standing in line waiting to order, I opened the app and clicked on that particular rewards. I then clicked on the option to "redeem in-store." After doing that, I received a "redemption confirmation" pop-up just to make sure that I was physically at the store. I clicked continue and a QR code came up on my screen. When it was my turn to order, I first ordered a salad for my husband and then I ordered my sandwich showing the employee the QR code. After finishing with the order, I showed him again the QR code in order to redeem for my sandwich. He told me that he needed me to "x out of it" and he would have to enter my telephone number at the register. So I did. Well, then he realized that entering the telephone number didn't pull up that rewards BECAUSE I had already clicked continue on the redemption confirmation! So he asked two other employees/managers/owners how to do it and they both kept telling me that I needed to show the QR code! I told them no less than 4-5 times that he had told me to X OUT OF THE QR CODE and that it no longer was an option in my app. She then had the audacity to tell me that I must have redeemed at another location. Seriously! She had the nerve to even suggest that. Long story short, they refused to honor even though their child or whoever it was screwed up by telling me to x out of the QR code. Left a voicemail for Lenny's customer service and will be curious to see if anyone at all ever calls me back. In the meantime, this location is history to me and if no one from Lenny's calls me back I will seriously never step foot into another Lenny's restaurant. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. There are too many other restaurants out there that need supporting.

Really disappointing when placing an online order to find out upon arrival that the store is out of that particular item and near impossible to get a refund.

I ordered online- not only did they not have my order- they refused to refund me my money- claiming they never got my order. They clearly do not care. Go to firehouse instead.

The Deluxe club is a great choice, which is a cold cut sub.They do serve hot subs as well.The restaurant is clean, and employees are efficient. Their signature hot pepper relish is a great addition to your sandwich if you like spicy food.

This Lenny’s used to be the best in town. The last few times I’ve been here, they have screwed up. Today they completed most of the orders placed after mine before mine was even ready. I got my food home and my order wasn’t even the correct sandwich. It wasn’t as if they forgot a topping. They didn’t even make the right sandwich. I spent the majority of my lunch hour waiting for them to call my name after everyone else is left. Their food is always good, but the employees are terrible.
