Horrible. Not surprised now that I have learned Leve2 Logistics is the same as Estes. Took Estes 2 days to get my delivery from TN to FL. Delivery has been sitting in Florida, 1 hour from my home for 5 days with no delivery appointment. Estes says they handed delivery over to Level2. Level 2 says they haven't received from Estes. Does the right hand know what the left is doing. Obviously not. 5 days 1 hour from my home. Who believes this is acceptable?

Big thanks to Estes for such a smooth delivery process with a Home Depot order. Great communication from start to finish. Our furniture arrived several days earlier - with aforementioned notice/approval, of course. What a happy surprise. Their delivery drivers were helpful and courteous.
