Visited the store during business hours. Only store in the mall that has its gated door down and no employees. I even called and got no answer.

Their customer service is at an all time low. They must not have any business these days because that’s what the stores display. Lids has made it painfully clear it wants you to use its website to purchase or even view any of their items. Don’t even try asking a local store if a hat is in stock. They may not even answer. Just buy somewhere else and save your time and effort.
