Our physicals can include a chest x-ray, resting EKG, ultrasound (thyroid, carotid, aorta, & full abdominal), treadmill stress test, ABI/ANS, 3D mammography, PAP smear, DEXA bone scan and body composition analyses, hearing test, and pulmonary function tests. These tests are offered in conjunction with a regular review of systems with our providers and a full blood work-up. Many people use us as a one-stop-shop for yearly check-ups. If we find anything of concern, a referral will be made to you at an internist or specialist. Our online portal allows patients to track their health year-over-year and take part in our additional wellness and nutrition programs. 100% covered under most health insurance plans.
