Just went there a little bit ago and they took good care of me and compensated me one bottle of wine. Thanks for always being friendly and ya'll have the best prices in town. “There are very few liquor stores that I've been to in my life where the layout actually works in favor of customer traffic. This is one of them. The staff is pleasant and professional and they are also knowledgeable about new products in the store. They also offer THC drinks and edibles (as of recently). Last, they have snacks, lemons, openers and other availables for their demo. Keep it up, Joe.”

“Very nice and clean store with great and varied selections!!! Being located right off I-40 in Downtown Memphis, it is very easy to access the store. Never knew it was there until I went searching for Blackberry Crown Royal. At my 4th stop, the clerk at Interstate Liquors (North of Marion, AR) told me he knew Pyramid Wine and Spirits had recently received 4 pallets of Blackberry Crown Royal. Arrived at the store in 15 minutes and bought 2 bottles. Mission completed!!! Plus, I found a great store that I look forward to visiting again!”

“I came into the store and there was one other person there at the cashier, finishing up what he was buying and I was next in line and 2 gentlemen walked in and appeared they were friends of the cashier, The other gentleman left and they walked right up in front of me and cut me off and went right up to the cashier. But the cashier was so nice that he told them to get to the back of the line that he was going to serve me first. Now, that's customer service. I recommend everybody to shop at this store. :)”
“Very nice liquor store with a lot of different options to pick from, but one thing that made me feel a little awkward is the the employee(s) seem to eye ball you the entire time you're in the store as if they think you're going to steal something? Felt like I was inside a Walgreens hahaha. However, the employees were very nice.”

“This was an unexpected stop when I did not find anything I wanted at the stop before. Cedar grove was AMAZING! They had some bourbon choices I had never seen before at retail price, don't get me wrong they had several others at secondary, but several at retail and in stock. It took self control to not spend WAY more than I should have. I did walk out with two amazing bottles for my meeting that I absolutely enjoyed. I would recommend a stop here and grab what you need their selection was very good and prices for the most part were very fair. Whenever I am back in Memphis for events and meeting or even just passing through I will be going out of my way to stop back by because their selection was so good.”
