“Love their wine & spirit collection and this is my go-to liquor store in midtown. They have Las Delicias chips which is clutch. Unfortunately no bike rack anywhere nearby so taking a star off for that. Maybe they can ask the city to install one.”
“I came into the store and there was one other person there at the cashier, finishing up what he was buying and I was next in line and 2 gentlemen walked in and appeared they were friends of the cashier, The other gentleman left and they walked right up in front of me and cut me off and went right up to the cashier. But the cashier was so nice that he told them to get to the back of the line that he was going to serve me first. Now, that's customer service. I recommend everybody to shop at this store. :)”

“Not my first choice as they are little higher than southaven stores but on a Sunday they come to the rescue. Use to be an older gentleman there and he was always friendly now there is usually someone different. Only con is they are right next to the carwash that people just hang out at.”

“It's different than most liquor stores.. you tell the sweet man at the counter window what you want, and he goes and gets it. You pay, and he puts it in a sliding box to push it over to your side of the wall. You can't really peruse the options, so you gotta know what you want!”

“I had been looking for a year, for jameson ginger and lime in a can after calling 9 liquors stores and all of them either not knowing what i was talking about or acting like I made it up I tried Humphreys after almost giving up on calling around. The nice last who answered told me she had them and to come looked around, I happened to be 17min away, so I decided to take the drive. When my Wife and I arrived we were greeted and asked if we needed assistance, I explained I had just called in inquired about the jameson in a can see directed me to the location and they had all 3 flavors in stock!!! Ginger & like, lemonade, and coke I was so happy I almost hugged her. I bought 3 cases and will be going back next we3k just in case she sells out. We have only been living here a year, and this is the 2nd time I have been able to find them. We live in Southaven, lol. Yes, it was that serious for me to become NOBODY IN MEMPHIS again. HAS HAD THEM!! HUMPHREYS HAS STOLEN MY HEART FOR THAT ALONE! Not to mention they were a great price! If you drink jameson and never tried the can, thank me later!”

“This was an unexpected stop when I did not find anything I wanted at the stop before. Cedar grove was AMAZING! They had some bourbon choices I had never seen before at retail price, don't get me wrong they had several others at secondary, but several at retail and in stock. It took self control to not spend WAY more than I should have. I did walk out with two amazing bottles for my meeting that I absolutely enjoyed. I would recommend a stop here and grab what you need their selection was very good and prices for the most part were very fair. Whenever I am back in Memphis for events and meeting or even just passing through I will be going out of my way to stop back by because their selection was so good.”

“If I could give more than five stars, I would. Walking into Bartlett Wine & Spirits feels like walking into Cheers, before long, everyone knows your name, greets you with a smile, and genuinely seems happy to see you.
What really sets this place apart is the people. The employees don’t make you feel like you’re just another customer making a purchase they make you feel valued. They take the time to talk with you, answer questions, make recomendations, and create an atmosphere that’s warm and welcoming. Every visit feels personal, not transactionnal.
There are plenty of places to buy liquor, but very few places where the experience is just as enjoyable as what you came to buy. Bartlett Wine & Spirits has mastered that. I always leave in a better mood than when I walked in. Highly recommend.”
