Are you looking for an agent to work hard to help you find your dream home? If so, Liz is the agent for you. My parents needed to buy a home fast (in less than 60 days). They were really stressed about the process, but Liz assured them it could be done.
Liz jumped right into action and immediately scheduled viewings. Once my parent found a home they liked, she helped them write a strong offer. Once our offer was accepted, she quickly scheduled the needed inspections. Liz also helped make sure all the needed repairs were completed and was very responsive when my parents had questions or concerns. We met Liz on May 8th; my parents closed on their forever home on June 10th!! To say we are pleased with Liz is an understatement please to do not hesitate to use her services.

Liz is absolutely FANTASTIC if I could give her more then 5 stars I would! We are a Military family and received PCS orders from VA to TN. Our realtor in VA interviewed several realtors in TN to find the perfect one to aid s in purchasing our new home in TN while selling our home in VA and Liz was her number one choice for us! Liz made the stressful process of purchasing our home sight unseen absolutely easy. She communicated directly with our realtor in VA to ensure our timeline lined up for the sale and purchase always keeping us informed at every step of the process. She took the time to do a video walkthrough of our new home in TN as we were unable to fly out and see the home ourselves! While our lender did not require a home inspection as it was a new construction Liz was adamant that a home inspection be done and we are so glad we did! She aggressively communicated with the seller to ensure that every portion of the home inspection was complete before we purchased the home. She has gone above and beyond ensuring the home was in proper order for us before we moved in! She negotiated everything for us with the agent and seller to ensure we did not have anything to worry about as we were selling our home in VA. This woman is amazing, she absolutely met and exceeded our expectations, she cares about her clients and continues to check on us even after we have moved into our new home! She is extremely knowledgeable in purchasing and selling homes, her dedication to her clients goes above and beyond the call, she absolutely will NOT disappoint and we couldn’t be happier with how easy she made this stressful move for our family!
