I had a horrible experience. First of all it was so dim and I was the only person in there besides the nail tech. I used to go here years ago and it was hit and miss. I was in a pinch for time so I decided to go here it’s been a long time and a regular full set should be no problem. The tips weren’t the correct size. I have so much acrylic underneath my nails some of the nails are shaped wapsided. I had to ask at least 3 times for her to fix certain spots. My aunts funeral was the next day and I had to be at the hair salon to do my clients. People were like you paid for those nails. I had to get my drill file and acetone and work on them some myself so they could be decent. I was furious because I felt like a fool for trusting them again. I should have just left work earlier and went to the place that I know does a great job every time. It was a reason that I stopped coming here but I have learned my lesson. Clean up your work area and stop being distracted while you are working.

They are never OPEN when they are supposed to be. This is the second time I have tried to come here and they are not open, this is NO BUSINESS at ALL. And it seems like NO ONE IS IN A HURRY TO GET HERE, why because you are LOCATED in a majority black neighborhood. And you'll come back later on in the day and you'll see people here, this is RIDICULOUS

Good customer service and ce very poor service environment was unclean and they over charge and you don't get what you pay for...the work was very sloppy and thrown up!! I will not return which is unfortunate because they were very personable and nice but service Is not good and the environment is very unclean and smelled!!!Services: Gel manicures

This place was the worse I’ve ever experienced. I get my nails done regularly but due to my nail shop being on vacation I had to find an alternative.My nails are too narrow to be so tiny, the polish has bubbles in it, and four of my nails does not match. It was totally a waste of my hard earned 40 dollars. Mimi doesn’t listen at all!! Terrible place, do not waste your money ladies.

Don’t ever go there! The lady decided that she wasn’t going to do my pedicure because she cross contamination the water by touching someone else foot and stuck her hand in the water that she ran for me to see if it was too hot for me like I couldn’t do it myself and I asked her to let the water go out and clean it again for me and she denied my service
