Worst online customer service ever! Black Friday sales.. my order was canceled not once, not twice.. but 3 times! By the time the order was place 6 of the items that WERE AVAILABLE when I ordered them are no longer available!

I love Macy’s. If something isn’t available in the store the sales team always look to see if any other local stores have what I want or they look online. My shopping experiences at Macy’s is always great!
