The owner referred me to her niece, Alexis. She started my son's loc process. Within 5 days, more than half of his hair had came down-and we were headed out. I immediately contacted Alexis Adams let her know about the situation, even sent pics. No response. I again contacted her about my son hair that Monday. Her response, "what happen"? And that was her only response for days. I contacted the owner again and notified her as well. She tried to say my son's hair wasn't long enough. My son has about 5 months of growth not to mention my oldest son started out with inches less without a problem-by a different stylist of course. She started she will try to contact her niece. The next day, I get a text from Alexis saying I can come the next morning. Horrible communication/ customer service skills, bad business, and a true lack in the skill of locs; no ma'am, just issue a refund. She again did not respond-and haven't since. I sent two refund request, they are both still pending. Horrible horrible horrible. Lesson I learned, cheaper is not always bestâ—I have went through the proper channels and now it is up to them to resolve this issue since Alexis nor the owner cared to. DO NOT GO HEREâ—â— My daughter even told me she saw a spider which actually turned out to be a dead roach. Not surprised considering the hair, dirt and other debris on the floor. And I did not see any utensils or areas being sterilized after use. They just finished and left. That should have been a signâ—
