MAPCO has seriously stepped up its game under the new ownership. The updated security measures are a huge win—it feels safe, clean, and well-managed now. No more loitering or sketchy activity, which is a major improvement.
Gas and tobacco prices? Practically unbeatable. You’re getting solid value every time. The new gas pumps are fast, clean, and modern—no outdated junk here. The parking lot is spotless and up to date, which shows they actually care about the customer experience.
And shoutout to the drink station—it’s surprisingly great. Tons of options, everything fresh and well-stocked.
It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely one of the better stops around. A strong 4 stars.

I love Mapco Express on MT.Moriah because if you sign up on their app. Every Wednesday and Saturday night they email you gas discount cents that you can use for points the next following day. Also every time you purchase gas you receives points that can be use towards gas discount , inside store purchase.

Sooo the store is closed at 3pm doors locked can’t purchase anything from the store if it isn’t Gas or tobacco. Sign on door that says window Service only

Every single day at any given time there is a line 10 to 15 people deep. The one person behind the register is always on there phone and takes excessive time ringing people up. I would fire every employee at this location. Plenty of ha4d workers need jobs. I don't want to spend 20 min at a gas station trying to buy one item and / or gas. Pathetic

Moved to this part of town in August. There have been 3 times I have stopped here after I get off from work between 5PM-6PM where the clerk locks the door. One of the busiest times of the day. It’s only been 3 times because I will try to go anywhere else but here at that time of day. It just seems like when I have no choice but to go, the clerk closes the store.

There is a service attendant at this Marco on Mt.Moriah and Clark that has no business being employed at that store… I have been coming to this store for 3 years being that I am a sales associate at a dealership across the street however when this lady and I use that term loosely has the audacity to lock the door of the gas station then refuses service and talks belligerent to costumers as if she owns the store… This has been goin on since they changed management… I’m just fed up with the whole store and now I take my business elsewhere and encourage my co-workers to do the same…!!!

Lately when purchasing gas, my reward points aren't being added to my Mapco reward account/card. I'm 23 points away from getting 5 cents off gas purchase. I texted corporate with no help resolving this problem. We have options and gas is cheaper at other gasoline stations.
Customer Service was able to solve the problem by adding my reward points to my account/card. Thanks ?
