On 5.19.25 at 8 30am this young lady had a really bad attitude ot the young lady with the glass. But she definitely do t need to dealing with customer. Hope someone correct this. Never will come here again. Shouldn't got her name

Could be a great store if the people in the neighborhood weren't so bad, and this store closes its doors at 10 pm. u can not come in for any reason the clerk will get what you need. Oh and from 12:45 to 2:00am the store is closed for a systems reboot. So no sales will be made.

I just visited the Mapco on E. H. Crump Boulevard and there was NO coffee!! I love Mapco's coffee & with the temperature being very ❄️ I'm disappointed. Maybe next I visit there'll be coffee plus better attitudes.

Yesterday I went in to grab some beers from this place and I had to manually open the beer cave since the automatic sliding doors would not open. Then after leaving the doors did not close so I went to manually close them and when I did they slammed shut on my finger and put a GASH in my finger and bruised my hand. I went to the guy at the front and he didn’t even pay attention to what I said. No acknowledgment at all. Horrible establishment.

If I could give a lower star, I would. This store has the worst customer service from its staff that I have ever seen! Last night I bought snuff from them after the Shinedown concert...when I got home at 11:30, I saw that the cans were 3 months past the expiration date. When I went back in and asked for a refund or exchange, I was told that he couldn't do it, I had to come back when the person who sold it to me was on shift. I asked him to the call the manager. He said he would be here in 5 minutes and I had to wait, "Step to the side." The store clerk told me that for him to do a return, it would make his cash drawer short. This makes no sense at all in retail. So, I waited. The next person who stepped in told me that the original person could help me. When I informed him that he couldn't help me according to him, I asked him for help. The other gentleman got irate because I said he couldn't help me, and again wad aggressive about the situation, stating "I said you have to wait. He'll be here in a bit." When I asked him what he meant by a bit, because he already told me 5 minutes, he got angier and just stated a bit. I am so angry, that I left. I will go back by on Monday to talk to a manager, since no one at this location can give me a district manager or corporate number. Mapco can delete my mapco user account after the refund. I WILL NOT spend my, or anyone else's, money at a Mapco
