If I good give less than a 1 star I would,I’ve literally been waiting for my furniture to be delivered since November 2024..it’s about to be April..I actually want my money back..Thinking about taking legal action..This place is a Scam!!!
UPDATE::::It’s been two more months almost 3 and I have not received my TV Stand,I’ve been up there several times and was told it’ll be 3 days..The 1st time they told me a week that’s when my furniture was finally delivered in March when I ordered in November..Okay I let two weeks pass..Went up there..Oh it’s not in it’ll be 3 days..Okay I ask for my money back.and was told I can get a credit.For what so yall can take almost a half of year to deliver something else…I’ve called they’re dodging my calls.It’s almost June Dammit..It’s a Damn shame to treat customers like this..Can I please get a REFUND!!!!

Highly don’t recommend they give you the run around about delivering your items & the shit not cheap at all they delivery drivers play too many games

I went on a trip here today with my 5 year old son. He is autistic. I was very uneasy about going. He tends to run around stores and I tend to refrain him ..which doesn't end well. The rep, Fabi, who assisted me was absolutely amazing. I told her what I was looking for and like a certified professional, she began to walk me to the pieces that spoke to me. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and on point. It was a breeze. My son didn't have time to get irritatable. She even showed me items that I inquired about and had no means of buying at the time! She was so down to earth I felt like I knew her! Very genuine and I wish I had more experiences like this! I've been in Memphis for 5 years and when I shop with my son, I feel like a burden! I can't explain how thankful I am for this encounter. I left with a 4 piece bed room set with a mattress, a sectional and a dinning room set!! The prices were amazing. I told her what my budget was and she legit stayed within my budget and knew what style I was looking for when I expressed it. If you shop here .ask for Fabi! Thank you Fabi!!! You made my shopping experience one of the best I've had since I've been in Memphis!! Thank you!!

Delivered me the wrong color bed and refused to give me the color I was supposed to get. So now I'm forced to pay off a bed I don't want. Also was supposed to get my bed delivery Friday morning had to wait until Monday near closing to get my bed delivered. Therefore I had to sleep on the floor til then. Justin Trujillo, the person I was working with didn't know what was going on. He assured me that everything was going to go as planned from the bed color to the delivery but it didn't.
Zero stars, I will not be shopping here again.

I was told that I would have a delivery on a set day. Called to make sure everything was set for my delivery. One of the salesman told me the delivery driver was behind on delivery but my order was in route and that he would give me a call. He never called me back, to at least communicate with me about my delivery not coming as he stated. Very unprofessional and no communication non what so ever. I am not satisfied as a customer and I will take my money else where. If I could give Zero stars I would.

I went to this place with my pandemic stimulus money plus some more looking for my 1st 3 piece bedroom suite. Looked at everything visible in front and then eyes a 3 piece hidden from view mid store near a cash register. It was cheaper than the others similar. I purchased plus bought a box spring and mattress set approx $2,000. Paid in cash in full plus delivery. After I got it set up Abt a mth later 3 huge wolf spiders came out of a crevice in headboard. Long story short. They never gave me my money back. Denied they had furniture with pests like that. Now I know why that particular set was hidden from view out of sight from walk thru in store. Getting rid of all the furniture was a nightmare. It was a devastating loss and caused me a lot of anxiety. I had a total loss. Trashed and junked furniture costing me $300 .

I bought a mattress from Fabi 2 weeks ago. I was skeptical about the one she recommended because I have severe back pain but she is extremely knowledgeable in mattresses and which one is best suited for your body and sleep. I have finally been able to rest after many months of pain!
