Customer service is trash at this location. The employees don't give a damn about their jobs at all. I think there are 1 or 2 that actually take their job seriously but the rest of them are just there collecting a check and taking up space. There was literally no one in the drive thru when I pulled up and still no one asked if I needed assistance. Another car pulls up about 2 minutes later and they immediately start taking their order. I pull around to the window and no one is there. Dude finally comes to the window with a mouth full of food so I'm like can you take my order? Why did he tell me it can be taken in the non existent line that I was just in?? He started fumbling over his words when I asked why the other person's order was taken after I had already been sitting there with no assistance. I ended up pulling off. They do not act like this in the white neighborhoods.

I placed a mobile order on Sunday, 17 December 2023. I got home and had the wrong order. I returned to McDonald's and told whom I guess was the manager that I didn't have my correct order. She looks at what I ordered and says "It's your order, you just didn't have the apple pies." I didn't have the apple pies and I'm missing my extra small fry. She continues with "It's your order." The mobile order is not the same and the total is not the same, how is this my order. She walks away and starts to negatively talk with the young workers loudly. At this point, I asked for a refund because I don't trust you making my food. You mad at me but the workers are the one's that handed the wrong order out of the window. Will not visit that McDonalds again, I don't care if I'm starving. Bad customer service from the Lead, Manager or whomever she was.

My review is based solely off of the morning crew and today's experience. AJ (female at the first window) was outstanding today and made my day with her bubbly personality, Ms. Jo (or Jones) is ALWAYS so pleasant at the 2nd window...and also want to shout out another young lady who normally works morning shift (brown skin with her nails always done) always great customer service. In a world full of people who don't value customer service, I really appreciate these 3 ladies for showing up and unknowingly being a blessing to others by simply being kind!!! It goes a long way and I hope this review reaches whomever it needs to so they will know.

Terrible service . I made a mobile order for a caramel frappe and a dbl cheeseburger , they didn’t have caramel for the frappe so they offered a substitution which is not a problem at all . however , what is a problem is how the mgr talked to me once I Asked a simple question as to how I get a refund for the items I didn’t receive… absolutely unprofessional and I remember exactly what he looked like and I will be reporting him for being so rude and unprofessional simply because I want to know the steps to get a refund for something I clearly ordered but didn’t get . You would want to money back to but it’s all good … guess I’ll be a Karen today .. you decide how we act. TODAY ?

I sat in the drive thru for 45 mins for my door dash order and still had to wait for the food once I FINALLY got to the window!! ! Absolutely insane!! Every location is this way once the dining room is closed. It makes it impossible for us dashers to make any money. Someone needs to come up with a better system or hire more employees.

I came here for breakfast and the lady at the counter charged me for a lunch order because she got confused about the order of the cars in the drive through. When I politely pointed out that I was charged for the wrong order she went off on me saying that it's my responsibility to repeat my order back to her when I get to the window, even though I was never asked to do that. She became irate and started screaming, it was wildly unprofessional. I am afraid to return to this location for fear of being attacked.

Put in an order on the mobile app at 3:15. They served 3 people in front of me, then told me that their system was down. Was not able to have the order canceled through the mobile app or at the store.In reality, they were just wanting to switch Uber to breakfast early and didn't want to take any orders for the next 45 minutes. I don't be Like being lied to.

To many kids playing arund even on the speaker while taking orders I asked for a fish sandwich not they put mel instead of tartar sauce they answer the speaker with GO HEAD WITH YOUR ORDER what happened to welcome to Mc Donald's can I help you !why placing your order they keep asking anything else ...anything else why u are placing your order these food places need serious managers ?

The are so slow. It take you 20 minutes waiting in line and another 20 to place an order to get your food!!!
