I paid my bill and my phone was still cut off due to non payment. I went to the store that I paid my bill at and ask them what was going on and I was told that they where holding the payment until I came back in the store because they thought I wanted to upgrade my phone even though I told them I'm not interested. They restored service back on Monday but when i wake up Thursday my phone is off. Now I have to go back up here again to be provoked about a bill I paid a week early. I don't know if they think black people don't have anything to do but go to metro pcs all day or if them boys just fruity and like watching my print when I come through the door. Either way cut my phone back on 🤡

This is my location and they seem to have difficulty serving seniors that are not technical sa vvy as they do not know it takes time to understand and their is no manuals

The older lady with the long braids is EXTREMELY rude. This location is literally 30 seconds away from my house but I will never return here. I went to the one in the Quince shopping center after she barked at me about my parking then told my girlfriend the bill paying system was down.

The new owners crooked and wouldn't record this sleezeball to anyone. Sold a phone w a bar on it wouldn't even replaceme it after 2 hrs of non use.
