The reviews on here dont lie ! I went and they laughed at us for asking a genuine question, wasn't nowhere near funny. They laughed in our faces and when I asked what was so funny they got offensive and started denying. They cursed us out when we was leaving. They can't take accountability. Bad customer service she kept pressuring us and giving us an attitude to buy her phone cases and accessories. We bought a phone case elsewhere and she kept asking and demanding to know Where. The lady there has the biggest problem and attitude she should just quit if she's going to treat Hispanics badly. Would give 0

They sell fake iPhones. I paid full price for a refurbished iphone. It’s my fault in the end, but I should really call ICE. Think it’s just a bunch of illegal people ripping off hard working citizens. Please don’t do your business here. Keep driving to a different store. Don’t waste your time, because you will regret it. DON’T COME HERE!! ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! I was sold a display phone that doesn’t work. The staff still tried to belittle and gaslight my concerns. Spent a total of 9 hours here over two days , and my phone was worse when I left. They also had a phone line on my account I was paying for and they refused to remove it. At this point I’m contacting Metro directly to deal with the situation .AGAIN DONT COME HERE

I wish I would have gotten the employees name who took care of me but I didn't...The MetroPCS on Perkins near American Way had a PHENOMENALLY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, HARD WORKING sales staff this past Tuesday afternoon (I was there between 1 & 2pm) a lot of times that phone stores I have felt like the salesperson did not have me in their best interest. Instead it was blatantly obvious they're concern was solely on making a sale regardless of whether or not the product was the right fit for the customer or even a good product but this was not the case with the staff at MetroPCS when I got an upgrade yesterday afternoon !!!!

Place wasn't too hard to find, on the corner of Getwell Rd and Shelby Dr. Came in to switch myself from T-Mobile to Metro. Literally same service just a lower price from what I was originally paying. Took myself from $120 a month to $60 a month. Didn't buy my phone from here since I just needed a sim. Ask for Ali and I'm sure he will take care of you
