This is the best metro store in the city. Alex always takes care of me. From the first time I came she made sure she fixed me up good after the store on Jackson messed up my account real bad. She apologized and I even got a free tablet. Any issues she always makes sure I'm taken care of. Rafat and Alex are the people to come see.

Soon as I get the opportunity, putting Metro POS in the rearview. Every 6 months phone problems..Never had to get upgraded so much. Repetitive cycle.

If customer service is what you're looking for and knowledgeable management, then don't visit this location and waste your time and money. I have been a loyal customer with 4, recently added 5th line and because the manager Tori didn't want to help me, she decides to speak to me in an extremely demeaning manner, displayed physical aggression when I said I no longer wanted to communicate with her and she further antagonizes me in front of my child, customers and a newly hired employee. Tori chose to blame me and take her personal frustrations out on me by raising her voice and then has the audacity to get upset because I stood up for myself and expressed my displeasure and f her unprofessional treatment. This woman had no reason, no provocation to treat me this way, but she said she was a manger that she wasn't going to serve me. This is all before knowing the entirety f my account's issue. This was the most distasteful, nasty, unprofessional, mean spirited customer relations experience I've been forced to deal with in a long time. She made no EFFORT whatsoever to rectify, she o Lu wanted to battle with me. She literally sabotaged 2 more hours phone purchases including a new line for the new employee in training. It's because of the customer that jobs are created, not the other way around.

I stopped by this Metro on Poplar and was so please walking through the door 3 Beautifully Melanin young ladies greeted me with much class and energy got through the process quickly and assisted me on getting all of my information from my old phone 100 stars for will be back....Thanks Tori Fannie and Kierrynie love you girls

I was greeted immediately by Treven Gibbs, he asked politely and professionally my needs. I asked questions about the tablet and it's functions all was explained to me thoroughly. He also suggested the accessories and a larger storage card in the process. I was very impressed by his demeanor that I purchased two tablets. Way to go Metro for a great sales rep also I'm planning to buy more and refer your company to others. Thanks for a pleasant day. ?
