I went in to pay my bill, I was offered a free upgrade and was told I only had to change my number and pay the tax on the upgrade. Found out a couple weeks later I had a third line and three tablets added to my account by the scammer who served me! Please take your business elsewhere they are not to be trusted!

I’ve came to this store many times and never got better service than I did yesterday by the lovely Ms. Monica! She assisted me with my upgrade and not once hesitated to answer any of my questions, she let me know the specks of the phones I was looking at too. I’ve truly never had such good service from MetroPCS before. Keep her here! Amazingly knowledgeable and friendly. If metro had more reps like her they’d have more business!!!

Terrible service agent female posted my bill payment on wrong account had to make a double trip into store spoke with rude male representative showed no empathy and told me to make payment online as if it was my error would not recommend this location for service at all

Great,a-k was very nice and professional,love the service and the help they gave,those employees at that location really care about their customers,they gave me and my mom deals ,and saved us over 100 dollars in discounts,thanks A-K,he's the man for sure .

1st time ever at this location poor service from Shawn. He's rude and is only concerned about getting commission, rather than what phone the customer wants. It was busy the staff were very hurrily with the customers they want you to buy any new phone that just came out even if it's not what you want and they supposedly didn't have any other phones other than anything that was brand new (basically commission). I will not be returning to this location.

I HATE THIS STORE , THEY HAVE GIVEN ME TWO IPHONES THAT THEY CLAIM ARE BRAND NEW , AND I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH BOTH OF THEM . IM NOT SURE WHICH FEMALE ANSWERED THE PHONE , BUT SHE HUNG UP IN MY FACE OCTOBER 1, 2021. ANOTHER ASSOCIATE ALLOWED ME TO WALK OUT THE STORE WITHOUT A SIMS CARD AND IM 3 CENTIMETERS PREGNANT. I COULD GO INTO LABOR AT ANY MOMENT, WITHOUT A PHONE THAT WORKS . NOW IM HAVING DROP CALLS AND I CALLED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE AND THE LADY WHO ANSWERED HUNG UP ON ME AND KEPT TALKING OVER ME !!!!
