I have had nothing but problems since i switched to metro pcs. The phone did an update that locked me out from using it at all and all they will say is update..nothing but problems for 5 years.. Im never buying another metro pcs phone ever again, not even the insurance to get a new one. If they tell me i need a new phone, im going straight to Cricket.

This specific metro pcs location has been a nightmare from the get go. I bought a phone plan from this store 1.5 months ago... Or I thought I did. It turned out that the plan I signed up for was not the plan that the young man who sold it wanted to get paid on... So he signed me up for a different plan in order to make more commission for himself. I was able to cal 611 and resolve this issue... 1 month later, 3 days after I paid my first actual bill with metro, my phone went completely blank. It just stopped working for no reason at all. In order to deal with this, you have to get a new phone from the manufacturer. The ONLY store that you are able to do this at is the store you bought your phone or a corporate store. No corporate stores within 200 miles of Memphis, so I had to return to this location. First I was turned away and flat out told "no." When I returned, I was told by Jessica that she didn't know how to do it. She called another location and they did it for her. Now this same girl Jessica, who told me I could pick up my phone no problem when I left the store 4 days ago, decided that she wanted to charge me $20 for "activation fees." All this after I haven't been able to use the phone that I paid for but had to wait on and according to corporate, is a charge that does not actually exist. Jessica decided to offer me 50% off... So a $10 charge for the phone that was faulty that I had to wait for after someone else did her job for her and my phone bill was already paid .The ONLY employee at this store who has been helpful or empathetic in ANY way has been Justin. If you must go to this location, definitiely ask for and deal with him or you won't get far without running into a "f--- you" attitude.
