They sale jacked up equipment you pay all this money for this stuff then they try to sell you stuff you don't need and it don't work and then you can't get in contact with them or when you trying to return something they claim it's an extra charge to return

I was very disappointed with this place though I have Metro PCS only by default because Sprint sold out to T-Mobile. When I went in to get a phone the gentleman quoted me $69 for one type of phone and $79 for another and another worker a young lady was there to witness it. I went back the next day to decide to get the phones and another gentleman with the same young lady standing there quoting me about $80 to $90 more per phone and I stated that I was told something different and he said that that was not true. Long story short as I was walking out I heard the young lady tell him that I was telling the truth and he neither admitted that he was wrong tried to save business or anything of that nature and I walked on out the door and went online about two phones. Then when I was unable to transfer the phones online which is free I was told by corporate to go into the store and they would do it at no cost. The same gentleman that raised the price the first time told me that it will cost $50 per phone. At least at this location I would not bother to deal with these people because they're desperate and I really looking out for the customers best interest.

First time to this location. Great service. Nice clean upbeat store. Friendly helpful knowledeable staff! Much better than the location on Shelby & Neely.This will be my go to location for all my cellular needs.
