Michaels Custom Framing is a place to frame art without breaking the bank, offering excellent customer service, price, and value. The staff is excellent, very knowledgeable, kind, patient, friendly, and helpful without being pushy. They provide great objective feedback to help make the best decision and have a perfect selection for custom frames. The store is a craft home and projects galore with creative tools and decorative design ideas. They have crafts and everything needed most of the time, though occasionally items like posca pens or floating frames can be out of stock, especially around busy seasons. Some critiques include the shift to self-checkout and occasional inconsistencies with holiday hours or product availability in certain sections.
Love this store not this particular location because this was my first time visiting this location I normally go to the one in Collierville but overall it was a good experience I had to get something for my kids school project
