I had not been there since last year, and I was shocked to find that it was all self check out with a lady present to help if needed. I am going to have to get used to self check, I guess.

Pretty good store, lots of cute seasonal decor and themed decor spread throughout the store. They're always having deals on random items and lots of great craft/art/diy decor supplies! I wish the aisles were labeled what they have bc its hard to find what you're looking for sometimes. And not every item has a price tag sticker so it's hard to tell the prices of items sometimes.

Went to pick up a UPS package. Approached an employee and informed him that I was picking up a package. He directed me to a row of baskets against the wall that housed packages. I asked him if I needed to show my identification. He stated no. So I proceeded to the pick up wall. Looked for my name,didn't see it. He saw that I was having an issue with finding my package. No package to be found. So other employees noticed that I was getting frustrated, because I had a notification on my phone. That it was delivered the day before. And how many days it would be held at the store. Anywho,the manager came to see if she could help solve the issue. She could not. She asked me if I was at the right store. I felt myself getting very upset. So I went outside to calm myself down. Returned back in the store, showed her my email. And that's when her and 3 other employees realized that I was picking up a UPS package and not an in store online order. They all dropped the ball. Because when I entered the store and inquired about picking up an order. I should have been asked if it was a same day pick up or an UPS order. The manager said that they had a lot going on. Lies it was only a couple of shoppers in the store. Not busy at all. But oh no,no apology. Just a sorry excuse

I returned an item the day after I bought it. it with the receipt. It was declined to return it to me because a sticker tag wasn’t it. It was the only purchased that was $22 I am incredibly unhappy with this woman and her attitude. This is utterly ridiculous.

I normally enjoy my visit here. I am afrequent shopper (professional painter so I come to pick up supplies regularly). The self checkout lanes they have added take away from the valued customer service I used to receive and the employees attitudes were nasty and unpleasant.
I came to pick up my order when someone told me that it was already picked up. Not saying anyone stole it purposely, but I didn't receive it and the store didn't know what happened to it because of the grab and go fiasco at the front of the store. They said it was nothing they could do for my order and to call for a refund. No help. Eventually, the manager just said to give me one with an attitude. I received a canvas which is why the rating is a 2 instead of one. I am not going back. Finding another art store.

Unfriendly checkout, no restroom and they literally do the self checkout and treat you like you are Stupid and still mess things up
