Michaels is a great and awesome craft supply store, well organized and very clean. It is smaller than some locations but tends to have what customers are looking for, with so much packed into the store. It offers expansive craft assortments, party supplies, and seasonal decor. Staff seems nice and customer service is good, though checkout can be a bit slow with the bonus of self-checkout available. Some note that the online inventory can incorrectly show items in stock, and the website sometimes lacks aisle locations. The store also prominently posts online coupons throughout.
Shana was the best - that smile, her patience with a grandma- put my stuff up front and made it so easy for me - very friendly on the phone - just helpful on every level! Awesome employee! You will get my business again because of her! Thanks young lady - above and beyond! Kudos š

I had to wait a good amount of time for someone to come open the bathroom. I was picking up an online order.
