SCAMMERS Went for an oil change (with no engine check lights on or any prior issues with my vehicle).Firstly they aggressively tried to get me to get more work done on my vehicle with stuff i did not need. (valuing at 3000 dollars) I declined, the manager continued, trying to offer me multiple financing options after i declined ... i had to decline the manager numerous time about it. After waiting a hour for my oil change I immediately notice my car is running worse, the car is jerking and the engine check light is on and i drive back the same day to see what the issue was, Now my vehicle has 9 brand new engine errors displaying on car computer scanner all thanks to Midas. And the manager says there's nothing he WILL do and hands me a bill for 500$ to fix the problem they have caused. And to cap it all off i researched the issue from the scanner and the parts to fix it comes out to 60$ They were trying to get 500$ ...Math isn't Right At All. I will be taking my vehicle else where to fix these issues due to rude management ,terrible service, aggressive upselling, scammish intent and lack of taking responsibility. Do not come here if you value your vehicle! And if you ever find yourself in a Midas Try to run and get out fast because it only takes them a hour to cause major damage to your vehicle and pockets! This Was My First Time and It Will Be My Last

ENTIRE STAFF WAS ALL ON ONE ACCORD. FAST AND PRECISE. GREAT TEAMWORK WITH VERY PLEASING RESULTS. ANDREW WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND UNDERSTANDING IN WHICH MADE THE EXPERIENCE THERE TRULY AMAZING. I had a really good experience at this location. They were nice and knowledgeable. Andrew was very pleasant with me and the other customers. When having car repairs, it is rare to feel like you have been treated with care. This was one of those rare times. I feel comfortable that they were honest with me about my vehicle. I wish more places had the integrity and transparency that this location demonstrated.

Very good customer service from the store manager very professional love their prices and how little time you spend there .At this business when you only have one tech working and the store manager rolls up his sleeve and helps his employee this person will go a long way.A TRUE TEAM PLAYER

Set up an appointment to get new tires and my car aligned. They got me in quick and the service was very good. Very thorough in the check out process and the pricing was very good for what I had done. Would definitely come back for any Service that I need in the future

I had my vehicle towed here while out of state for medical care. I spoke with the store manager prior to the vehicle arriving, explaining the work needed, being out of state, etc. The following day, they stated they would not be able to complete the work. Due to not being well and not being local, the vehicle was not my priority. Following back up, I was told a previous store manager (out on medical leave, ironically) claimed the vehicle abandoned and sold it, but never once contacted me. The new manager, Andrew, claimed they followed “the process”, which included sending three pieces of certified mail. Andrew could not verify the mailing address nor the dates sent, any other attempts to contact me, or any other details regarding “the process”. I was told a district manager would be calling me, which of course did not happen. I entered case #431-0260 with Midas Consumer Services on 12/08. The rep, Alan, had to be reminded to take my phone number after he assured me I’d receive a call within 2-3 days from a district manager. I’ve called back Midas Consumer Services again as of the date this review. The rep called the store to obtain the district manager/owner info, because apparently they don’t have that info available at their consumer services group. Because of their lack of response, I’ve had to hire an attorney just so I can get basic info and to stop getting the run around. Be aware that any type of problem may not ever get resolved with this shop unless you have an attorney at the ready.

Don't go to Midas for anything but an oil change, and even if you do that, be wary. Major scam when it comes to maintenance.

I went in for a simple oil change on my Ford on Wednesday July 26, a few days later that Saturday morning notice a small leak under my car. I didn't think anything of it until Monday July 31, morning I start my car for work and notice more oil. Also an oil leak in my grass at home from where the car was sitting all Sunday. So I called Midas and one guy name Chris answer; I told him I had a oil leak. Not suggesting he will get a tow truck. He told me to bring the car back. So after work, I start my car and start to drive back to Midas, I was half way there my car slowlyquit. So I called back Chris answered I told him my car quit as i was driving, so he got me a tow truck no charge. So when my car arrive there one of the mechanics looked under my car on the rack and told me the last mechanic (Dominique) didn't tighten up the oil plug. So they put some more oil in my car it wouldn't start. Andrew and Chris said they had to replace a engine cord, they will call me back tomorrow. Next day it still will not start. My car was the for 2 weeks. Andrew said their codes show that is a fuel pump and catalytic convertor. Andrew also, said I needed to take it to a Ford dealership. Ford says the engine is damaged. Andrew says it a fuel pumps and catalytic and Ford just saying it's the engine. By them knowing I have an oil leak. After the oil change from Midas. I called in a report they sent me an email and denied my situation. However before I went in for an oil change my car was prefectly find. I ask Andrew if its the fuel pump and catalytic converter what cause the oil leak. I didn't seem to get an answer from him. If I know was going to be I this situation after a simple oil change from Midas. I would of never went there for that simple oil change. I been without my car for 3 months.

Brought my car in for heater core replacement when I picked my car up it wouldn't even go in gear my steering wheel would click when I turned each direction safe to say they messed up more than they fixed.When I arrived the manager and the mechanic said my car was already having these issues which it was not. Poor attitudes and lack of accountability is the main issues here
