Needed to get my ears cleaned but turns out the NP was the one hard of hearing. Had to clean it out myself after paying for her to feel like a health care provider while doing nothing.

Had a 10:30 appointment this morning and I showed up and the entire CVS was closed…would have been nice to get some type of call or email

Im not going to lie, i was late to my appointment. Only by 10 minutes. When i got their, she didn’t even come out till 9. People start showing up for their appointments. Instead of taking me to the back to hurry along and get me out of the way, she cancels my appointment & tells me to reschedule. I understand that she was short staffed. But that’s just being lazy.

Would give no stars if I could. Tried to schedule an appointment online. Got there and tried to schedule an appointment at the kiosk. My mom even explained to the nurse what the problem was, but the nurse basically gave us a too bad. Was even sarcastic with my mom who is 70 years old!! Like I said, no stars if I could.

I went here yesterday to have some things don’t for college. The Nurse Practitioner Ayishia was professional, thorough, and took the time to make sure the documents I needed to have filled out were done correctly! She also answered all my questions and was very informative! I was seen on time and my visit didn’t take long at all. I would highly recommend this location!

Pros: Clean Convenient location Cons: While there are 4 cash register stations, they only ever have one open. The line is always long and slow moving.

Excellent experience! Dr. Vinsant went above and beyond in listening to my concerns and answering all my questions, and the wait time with the pre-checkin through the website wasn't bad at all.

Disappointed in their service, the nurse prescribed me nothing even though I had a very sore throat and muscle aches & pains. Went to Walgreens Clinic instead and received much better care. Will not return to CVS clinic and I don't recommend it!

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Slowest pharmacy ever!!! Every week different staff. Most seem like interns just doing "what they have to do to graduate from pharmacy school". Everyone seems to hate their job and pass that attitude on to the customer. No real interaction, just reading the computer screen and acting like robots in the corporate gear. Taking my prescriptions back to Rite Aid, at least they look up and give you a hint of recognition when you go there every couple of weeks.

The wait to pick up my prescription was over 15 minutes. It took 10 for anyone behind the counter to acknowledge my existence. The prescription was short 6 tablets. When I called to see if I could get a prescription filled 3 days early as I was going out of town, the girl who answered the phone said no, not even if the dr called. She then transferred me to a pharmacist who said if my dr called, it could be filled early. I called my dr. Then I get a text from CVS saying it's too early to fill it. I'm going to get it filled in California. Don't use this pharmacy! Poor customer service. Their system is flawed. Very flawed.

Usually get pretty good service here, today not so much. I knew there would be some sort if a wait when I checked in but, not like this. They were seeing one patient and two waiting when I checked in. One patient had some sort of an insurance issue and was told to come back to the waiting area. The next patient was seen and you would think I was next...WRONG! The NP tried to tell me I wouldn't be seen until after their lunch due to they were going to see the patient with insurance issues before me. Now wait I had two issues with this 1. If the patient had a mishap and they moved on to the next so why wouldn't that appointment be rescheduled. 2. If I checked in a hour and a half before your required lunch why would you try to push my appointment back until after your lunch? After I explained the that this was very much a waste of my time and I wasn't going to have time to come back. She said to her colleague this is going to run us really behind. She stated to me "just wait you will be seen "

DO NOT GO TO THIS MINUTE CLINIC. If I could give this no stars, I would. They have no knowledge about any insurance. I got suck with a bill over a $100 after they distinctly told me that my insurance was filed with them. I was billed 6 MONTHS AFTER I had recieved the shot. Not only that, I went a second time, thinking that I had a great experience the first time. They filed my insurance incorrectly. Called costumer service and they told me it was their mistake and fixed it, well so I thought. They filed the wrong insurance again. Had to called a 3rd time. Filed it again. Also found out they had a duplicate accont for me (Had no idea). Then they start telling me all something completely different from what the other assoicates have told me. I spoke to a supervisor in costumer service to only be told that it was my responsibility to see if I filed with them and that their employees are not experts on insurance (So basically said it was my fault). Excuse me if I trusted your empolyess to know the most basic info such as which insurance they file with. To make matters worse, I used to work in a CVS pharmacy. They pushed really hard to learn about insurance, but these Minute Clinics are horrible. I will not be back and I will be changing pharmacies. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else or you'll be on the phone with costumer service for hours like I was.

Some of the pharmacy staff is nice and helpful. But, the bad outweighs the good significantly beyond that. For example, when a doctor's office or ER sends a prescription, it is never filled in a reasonable time. I honestly don't think they do fill them unless I call after to check in. So, if I'm sick and need a prescription, I have to stay out an additional few hours or come back a few hours later to pick up my medication rather than it simply being ready when I get there. The App and text message system often tells me prescriptions are ready far before they actually are. Then, when, finally, the prescriptions actually are filled, the wait both inside and outside for the pharmacy is outrageous. They can't find prescriptions. The checkout process, somehow, takes several minutes per person. Occasionally, I'll be the only one in line and catch attentive staff, and get through in less than 15 minutes. That is not the norm.

I have not had trouble with the pharmacy, clinic or the store itself. You can really save money with the CVS app. Selection is good and I have found their prices on medication cheaper that other drug chains.
