So today I go online for storages and I found this one!I did the reservation online,lock and seal the deal right!Ok so they txt me to confirm and call the office which I did to let them know I was otw!Get thereš¤¦š½āāļøNo one answers the door or phone so I called back to the online office they put me on hold 3x to contact the worker but NO WORKER!I had to find another storage,last minute but I did thank God but UNPROFESSIONALā¼ļøš¤Øšš½š

LaQuiata Robinson provided excellent serviceāfriendly, helpful, and professional the whole time. I didnāt end up finding the storage unit I needed, but her customer care was top-notch. Definitely recommend asking for her if you stop by!

If you have anything in this Facility make sure you have insurance on it! They come through the ROOF dropping down in units. They broke in my unit and took all types of shyt. 2 weeks later $3000 in the mail. Better put insurance on it!

Iāve experienced major issues and concerns at this location! Needless to say, after awaiting feedback this team reassured me as a customer!!! I genuinely appreciate Yolanda, Belinda and Terrance for answering my concerns, following up on meetings and providing insight on claim processing and securing my unit. Most importantly, I was treated with respect and listened to!

This storage facility is not safe , gates are open at all hours day/ night . Doors are broken for months , sprinklers system inside buildings are leaking , nasty , poop and urine on floors , many break-ins . Glass , trash all over the place , no one ever in office, only seen one manager . Very nice . Has there hands full , police at store all the time because of breakins , Iām surprised they havenāt been shut down. Corporate needs to make a visit, Iām sure they have no idea how bad the place is kept
