I received a phone call on Friday giving me a delivery window, I received another phone call on the day of delivery 30 minutes ahead of time letting me know exactly the time of the delivery. 5. My first unit was supposed to arrive on the Memphis blizzard they, they preemptively called me to reschedule my unit to be there before the storm hit
6. I needed it a day over a month and they said that’s fine, PODS said that’ll be another $180 dollars for the second month.
7. I filled my first one way too fast and needed another one, called Julie, and her and UNITS worked to pick up my current unit and deliver a new one as fast as they could.
8. Everyone is kind courtesy responsive

The item I had delivered was a super heavy and fragile glass cooktop. Those things are known to crack during shipping. But the one Cord Moving delivered was in perfect condition. Even the outside shipping box was in mint condition. All told, these folks were great!”

On moving date, they arrived on time and did a great protection to the items, carefully moved our items and moved them to where I wanted. They are pretty well organized and worked efficiently. “My overall experience with Lanigan Moving out of Memphis, Tn (Agent for Allied) was nothing short of the best move I have ever experienced! From the initial walkthrough with Patrick Lyne, Move Coordinator, to the Leads, James and Alvin, the cost of the out of state move was very fair, the professionalism of all 3 was present from beginning to end. James and Alvin were not just on time each way but early, they both had complete control of their teams, our items, with many being several generation antiques which were packaged and handled in such a manner that the load and unload resulted in no damages even in the slightest. If you are ever in need of a moving company who truly cares about every aspect of being sure you are taken care of from a price standpoint to the final leg of your move of safely delivering your personal belongings Lanigan should be a very good choice for anyone. I have experienced many moves however this one exceeds all. Thank you for everything!”

“Kim and her crew at Craters & Freighters Memphis did a superb job packing and shipping a glass top table from Memphis to California for me. We'd recently lost my mom to Covid, and this table of hers, with two elephants shaking coconuts out of a tree, was a memory I really wanted in my home. It was very important that it arrive intact--insurance compensation if it were broken wouldn't cut it. Kim and her family have been in the shipping business for years. She inspired confidence that they could get it to me safely from the minute we talked. They shipped it to me in a custom-built wooden crate with two compartments and multiple types of protective padding. It arrived perfectly, and at a reasonable price!”
