Wonderful experience in and out process was greeted with smiles by front desk crew optician CeeCee was very informational about the glasses and lenses that I was purchasing, Dr.Kendrick was very thorough about my eyes and helping me understand my RX I will be back and also will be referring my friends &family to receive this awesome experience.

The customer service has just gotten so bad. I received a voicemail and an email saying my glasses were ready for pick up. I waited a few days and went to get them only to be told there was an error and my order had to be rekeyed, and that a manager had called and left me a message, I have 3 phones and NO ONE called any phone and certainly no message was left. The only good thing about this place is the Doctor is awesome, but the customer service is not.

Update will be the last paragraph.The worst MyEyeDr in the world! I advise don't go to this one. Phone customer service sucks, they never answer your questions. I purchased frames from them and scratched mine so I simply need lens recut. #1 They don't answer the phone and #2. When you do call they want to take your name and number and someone will call me back! If I call another MyEyeDr they can look up my information for you while I'm in the phone. I won't delete my review until I get a proper reply and I get thousands of people that look at my reviews.Maybe they fired those employees but service has been better and they answer phones now I will remove my comments soon

I went in ready to spend 1k total on glasses. The staff all seemed friendly to others, but never spoke to me or helped me. People came in after me who were helped, but I stood there looking at frames aimlessly until I walked out. The staff were all black and only waited on black patrons, even ones that came in after me as mentioned. I was ignored.

I came into “MyEyeDr” and was greeted with smiling faces and although I didn’t need an eye exam or to purchase anything they were willing to assist me. If you’re wondering, I needed the arm of my glasses put back on. The young lady immediately took care of it for me. I will definitely be going back to check out their deals on frames.

Love this place! Wonderful caring and helpful service helping me choose my new glasses! My Dr was was wonderful and address my concerns and put me to ease! An experience I was dreading turned around to be a great one! Thank you all so much! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

Dr. Kendrick is the best. The office staff are excellent. I'm especially glad they now do retina scanning as I've had issues in the past. Marvelous selection of frames. It's a friendly, welcoming environment.

I went for my annual eye exam. I like how quickly I'm in and out, eyes checked and process complete. I have been seeing Dr. Meade for years, he's super kind, to the point and tries to ensure he's giving me a script for the issues I have. The staff greet you when you walk in and they try to make sure your needs are met as well. My vision plan is VSP, it could be crappy insurance lol but I always feel like I leave paying more than I wanted to, this visit I selected new lenses for the frames that I have already and was still out of $160. I hate insurance, sometimes it seems there is no point in having it smh. This location has a lot of designer frame brands l, but I didn't see anything that I personally like....try this spot if you prefer speedy service and trustworthy eye-care!
