Store is supposed to open at 11, but didn't open the gate until 11:30am. Once the gate was open we were forced to stand outside. It's now 12pm and we are still outside. If I could give negative stars I would. This is horrible customer service. This is ridiculous to be treat employees in this manner. Y'all need to do better!

The store is suppose to open at 11 on Thursday and there was literally a line curved around waiting to get in at 11:30. I called and asked the female employee were they going to open and she hung up in my face. I called back twice and she kept hanging up. I wish I knew who she was because she definitely wouldn't have a job by now.
