“Best experience picking out a Christmas tree! There was a wide variety of trees and sizes to choose from. They also have a cute store with everything you could need for your tree. The owner and his wife are so warm, friendly, and helpful. They put the tree on our car and let us know they even deliver! We will be back!”

“I will say this, as soon as you pull in to arrowhead nursery you know you have come to the right place. A huge selection of everything you could possibly want in your yard. And also a great staff to help you find exactly what you need. I just want to say thank you to all you guys and ladies for all you do.”
“I love this place! I enjoy supporting local places and this a good one. I went to get a quote on some pots and plants for an event I was planning for the community I manage. He got everything I asked for at a great price! He communicated with me the whole time about the shipment etc. I loved what they chose for us and my residents did too. I'll definitely be back for stuff for me!”
“Our home is open and friendly with a lot of fun stuff (pop a shot, shuffleboard etc) We wanted a yard that was an extension of our home. I am so glad we spent the money to hire someone that could really see our vision and execute it. We didn't just "redo" our yard. We created a large amount of extra living space. I can't see anyone else executing it like Gurley. They were on time and their crews were very respectful and easy to work with. Clifton is a gem and was onsite pretty much every day. He was in constant contact with us. Clifton is of those people you just know is a good apple from the moment you meet him. If you're looking to do your yard on the cheap this is probably not your best option. But they are very fair and worked with us to get to the price point we needed to. I recommend 10 out of 10. “From the time I walked in the door this is the most unique items. She had both interior and exterior items that are not only classy but functional. You could tour the showroom multiple times and still not see everything. Let's just say I went in for one thing and ended up getting three due to the price point and the hospitality I was shown. Highly recommend.”
“Made a few keys and it only took about 5 minutes considering my indecisiveness. The employee at self check out named Joshua was very helpful and knowledgeable of product locations because he was a great multi tasker when it came to assisting customers while making my keys but also manning his self checkout area. He seems like a great asset to the company. I was in and out.”
“Easily accessible location from internet. I can typically find items needed with an issue. I visit this location several times a year to check out their plant inventory. I stopped in yesterday and saw a few that caught my eye. Only issue is that there was severely over watered. I literally poured water from an Aglaonema for about two minutes. This definitely could pose an issue for root rot with plants.”

They did the order exactly how it was listed online! I ordered at 7 am and it was delivered before 10 am! I had requested that time frame! I was very pleased with the beautiful flowers and the quick time on my order! My daughter loved it too!

“Ron, the store manager is amazing! I had a mishap with a grill delivery last Friday. Ron, not only fixed my problem, but he accepted ownership of the problem with a friendly and professional disposition, and took the time to deliver the correct grill himself. I really appreciated this as I own a home in Memphis, but I don't live there. He was a total lifesaver, and I was extremely grateful for his willingness to go above and beyond! He is a true gem and an asset to this store!”

“This was a friday morning and we had a winter storm coming in later on that knight, so I went to my local home depot, rent a generator, and luckily there was one left, but as soon as I attempted to make the purchase someone had reserved and paid on line while my cashier was in the process of inputting my information, I was so hurt ,because it was the only 6500watts left. The cashier name is tonesha and when I say this young lady was so professional, she took the time to call every home depot in memphis and Mississippi to help me out, although her hard work went in vain ,I still left there feeling like there's good people still left in this crazy world who love there job and love people, especially in memphis, tn tonesha please know I truly appreciate all your efforts ? and I am truly Grateful for what you attempted to do. It made me feel like a valued customer. They dont make them like her no more. If you ever need a tool rental please go see her ,she is a professional with great customer service.”
